I purchased a car online from these folks about a month ago because it was exactly what I was looking for and the diesel versions are hard to find. Price was fair and car was in excellent condition and low miles. We flew out from Wisconsin to pick it up and drive it back. Lil Roy and Mark the owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Great communication and multiple extra photos sent by text even of the car underside and old titles. They offered a full refund if car did not meet expectations. The car met expectations. They had the car ready with a fresh oil change the morning of pick up. They even offerred to buy us lunch! All paperwork was provided for easy title and registration in WI. These folks are honest, have cars in great condition, and really care that you are a happy buyer. I would not hesitate to buy from them again - overall a great expereince.

Brought a Kia sonata suv from this dealer ship and there service and Suv was outstanding brought this car with 160,000 miles and it now at 214,000 and still running like new. Little rob was a very good person to deal with and the staff was outstanding also.

I bought a vehicle from First Quality and met Lil Rob. He is the reason why I purchased my car. My car is awesome and runs smooth. I haven't had an issues thus far. The only thing I've had to replace are tires and the Evap Cannister. The cars they sell are top notch quality and will give you what you put in. I am able to service my vehicle with them to keep it running smooth. I basically purchased a 1 owner vehicle who kept great care of the car. I honestly felt like I was getting a brand new car. It even smelled new. It was very clean and almost new inside of the car. It gives me a luxury feeling everytime I drive it and I continue to get compliments on it all the time. Dealer kept their words during the contract negotiation. Lil Rob and his staff went extra miles to support me on my constant calls during his very busy schedule. Be more patient when you buy vehicles if you are out of state (I am from Northern VA). I had couple small SUV issues but these are solvable. Yes, I would come back to buy car from this dealer.

I recently bought a car from First Quality Auto for my daughter. Their selection is smaller than other dealers but the quality of cars they have on the lot for an independent dealer is really good. The price was fair and they were great to work with. Lil Rob is a great guy to work with and made the entire process easy from start to finish. He was stellar in his communication with me before and after the purchase. When I left him a voice mail he got back to me within the hour. Hi I went to First Quality Auto on 01/8/2023 for the second time in my life after coming from another dealer in Thomasville which they didn’t help us out the way “Lil Rob” did after I explain him our situation he seems understandable and we went after the 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and we explain it everything and he said don’t worried I will put you in that mini van and he did, he was very busy but he help us out and with everybody else that was coming thru the door he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much “Lil Rod”because this my second mini van I have purchased from him and that was12 years ago. Thanks everyone at First Quality Auto for the great experience we had and especially thankful to Brent at the Service Department for hook my van with the parts need it. The process of buying did not feel pushed at all but helpful. Lil Rob was a pleasure to work with and got to know me on a personal level as well and felt a genuine connection without feeling taken advantage of. I would recommend this place to anyone in the process of buying a car and if I am ever in market again this will be the first place I come back to. I purchased a vehicle a couple weeks ago, and it was the best used car buying experience I ever had. Lil Rob is awesome! I had been looking for a used vehicle for about 3 months and was getting frustrated. I had tried to buy a used car through Facebook Marketplace and I was very disappointed because people was trying to be deceptive. I had even went to a dealership in Burlington and was almost taken for a ride!

My husband and I bought our first car yesterday, we went in to quality auto with no idea how anything worked. Lil Rob came to the rescue, he sat in that office with us for almost 5 hours helping us get as sort out everything we needed to, not only that, he made sure we had the most fun doing so. By the time we left we had the car we wanted and had had a great time. We 100% recommend Lil Robs service, he had us both smiling like chessycats by the time we left and went over and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Definitely 5 stars for a great guy.
