El Camino Real Mexican Grill

The food and drinks were delicious!! I really enjoyed it all! They had a great drink specials. The service was great. Everything was delicious. It is a little small inside but other than that I highly recommend! The chicken quesdilla, chimichanga and queso are delicious!

Food was really good! I got one pupusa to give it a try and it was in the top 5 of the pupusas that I have had around town! The space is quite small so it does get full on a busy lunch hour but food and service was fast & good!

Service was great. Molcajete was a little different than I’m used to but overall was good. Pepper was extremely spicy. Rice was very good and chips and queso delicious.

Nice menu options, friendly service, small and cozy spots to sit. Enjoyed the Tex burrito and Tecate beer. Excellent salsa and chips too.

Came here for Sunday lunch with my loved ones and we enjoyed the food and dessert. Customer service was great too.

Food was good, large servings and typical sides of rice and beans. Reasonable prices. Staff was friendly and the service was pretty good. It was busy, so there was some lag time between their checks on the tables.

El Camino is a great Mexican cuisine in Greensboro! I usually order tacos which are good every time. They have delicious quesabirria which were perfectly cooked with a crunchy outside yet a soft inside. Their cheese papusas were also great. Chips and salsa are included when dining in. Don’t forget to pay at the counter at the end of your meal

Great experience at El Camino Real tonight! I ordered the (four) taco (Tuesday) special, half asada and half carnitas. Pretty amazing, highly recommend! 🌮

First time visit to this cozy, restaurant. Service was efficient and friendly. Food was flavorful and efficiently prepared. Drinks were also prepared well. We'll be back!

Man this place was awesome, the windows inside were tinted for a nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly, food came out in good time with chips and dip. And the lunch special after 20$ I left stuffed and satisfied!

Wonderful customer service and the food was great. We ordered Menudo, Papusas and Shrimp Fajitas and darn near licked the plate 😋 We will definitely return during our next visit to try the quesabirria taco's.

I'm visiting from California and had the chicken enchiladas Verde. Absolutely delicious could hang with any California spot, along with great service and prices. Highly recommend.

Ordered a side of guacamole and got the most delicious house made guacamole I've had in a long time! Salsa was delicious and so was our main entrée. If you're in the area, give this cute little place a try!

Arrived at 11:57 am, was seated right away. Waitress brought the menu right away followed by salsa in a bottle and chips. Ordered the steak fajita with flour tortillas at 12:00 pm. Restrooms are in the back. It only has one toilet and a sink. The chips and salsa are good. The salsa is mild and the chips are crunchy. The food arrived at 12:13 pm. Everything was good except the fried beans as they were a bit salty for me. It came with 3 flour tortillas, steak, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, rice, lettuce, and guacamole. The guacamole and lettuce was a small portion. The waitress came as I was finishing and brought the invoice. Then you go to the front desk to pay. My bill was $7.46 before tip, which is very great for the price.

I've been going here for 10+ years. I'm from Toronto and come to the area for High Point Furniture Market. Very decent food and a hard-working, friendly awesome staff. Enchiladas Verdes is my favourite, but everything is good. Awesome prices. My wife wishes they served red wine, but they do have a some beers on tap and some mixed drinks. One of my favourites in the tri-city area.

Service is always great! They have amazing quesabirrias! Service and food and always fast if you’re on a time crunch.

So good. The food is great, the place is clean and service is attentive. The price is very reasonable.
