I love going to this park. The trails are beautiful. The playgrounds are always filled with laughter, and when the weather is hott, the pool is a fun place to cool down. I've been going here for years, and I love being able to be outdoors, and seeing all the beauty that Pleasant Garden has to offer.

I've always enjoyed a day at hangin stone park. With multiple play grounds, fishing pond, field for every sport almost and the hiking trails, not to mention the pool. Today was one of the best trips had a wonderful time hiking and letting the kids play on the playground.

Hagan-Stone Park is a wonderful and fun park, whether you’re by yourself or with your family.

When you enter the park, you’ll notice a small white adorable little chapel on the left side of the road. This chapel can be rented for weddings.

The park grounds are well-maintained year round and kept clean.

There are lakes and ponds throughout the park. You may fish from these areas as long as you have a valid NC fishing license.

There is a small marina toward the front entrance with a wooden pier. A small area with sand is also at the marina, perfect for small children wishing to play in the sand.

Throughout the park are picnic tables and large picnic shelters. Stationary grills are available at these locations.

One of the popular playgrounds in the park is Bradley’s Fun For All playground. This feature is one of the park’s newest playgrounds. The playground has a solid rubber surface, helpful for cushioning any tumbles that may take place. There is a paved walking path encircling the playground. Benches are placed around the playground as well so parents can sit and relax while watching their little ones play. The playground has different sized slides, swings, a climbing wall, a ropes course, and activity panels for different age levels.

Across from Bradley’s Fun For All playground is the newest attraction, the Aquatic Center. For a small fee, $5 for adults, you can enjoy the sparkling swimming pool and the 21-ft water slide. Even grownups will have lots of fun on the water slide! Lifeguards keep a watchful eye of everything going on. One thing I especially like about this pool is that it is ADA designed (Americans With Disabilities Act). There is a lift-chair that can easily assist disabled individuals into the water that may not be able to do so themselves so that they too may have fun.

There are a total of 9.1 miles of hiking and biking trails throughout the park. The longest trail is the Chatfield Trail, which is 3.4 miles long. The trails are well-maintained and clean.

Throughout the park are large open areas, perfect for volleyball games, baseball, frisbee, etc.

This is a pet-friendly park and dogs are welcomed as long as they are on a leash.

There is a campground inside the park with sites available for RV’s, campers, and tents. Unfortunately I have not utilized the campground personally so I can’t give a review. I have, however, driven through the campground and from what I saw, it looks like a nice quiet camping area.

Hagan-Stone Park is a great park to visit. Whether you wish to have a picnic, go hiking, fishing, swimming, relax and enjoy the surroundings, or let your little ones expel their energy on one of the playgrounds, you’ll find that this park will meet your needs.

Very primitive, shared water, no sewage. Does have electricity
Be careful of what site you get it gets very slick if it rains

This park is beautiful! Lots of numbered areas you can reserve for parties and gatherings. The restrooms are clean. You can fish, play volleyball or grill. There's areas for camping with pathways for walking and exploring. They also have a pool area with slides. Definitely recommend coming here!

Did a 5k run here and the trail was nice even though it was after a rain shower and kind of muddy! There is a very nice playground with the "soft ground" and a swimming pool with a fun looking slide! There's a sign at the playground that says 12 loops around the playground area is a mile, which I think is really cool because you could walk a mile while your kids play and keep an eye on them!

We rented the Arc Room here for my son’s 3rd birthday party and loved it! We will definitely be doing this again! Very clean and very open room rental. The staff made this whole process simple. Highly recommend

One of the cleanest water parks we’ve been to, if your looking for a family attraction and on a budget this is it, plenty of seating, clear water and life guards for the little one’s. Overall i was shocked on how amazing this place was both the water park and playground took me by surprise! Truly a family treat in NC.

Great park with a lot of natural areas, trails, campsites, a swimming facility, and a huge playground for the wee ones. They have shelters that can be reserved for events, family gatherings, and work gatherings. Check the schedule for the park, they sometimes have special events like small concerts, and other family friendly events. This is our favorite park in the Greensboro area, we walk here a lot for basic fitness and just to enjoy the fresh air and nature. Word of warning, drive slooooolowly through the park, there are rons of people walking the roads, biking the roads, and kids playing at the various sites - there are also deer in the area, and some of their trails cross the roads. Fall is wonderous at the lake, the colors of the trees as they turn, reflecting off of the water is almost too beautiful to describe.

Spacious camp sites for an affordable price! We spent $15 a night here for tent sites but hookups weren't much more either. The staff is very nice too, although I only interacted with them on the phone. The area is really nice too. They have an aquatic center for $5 a person but it was packed so we didn't use it. Also, spaces 5 and 6 were not crowded together at all.

Such a great inclusive playground. I love the rubber ground and it is perfect for all ages. My kids range from 2-11 and all had a great time. I wish it was fenced in to help when you have multiple kids.

So much fun for kids! No mulch to get stuck in shoes and socks. Haven't camped or used the pool, but look forward to it in warmer weather.

Wonderful park! This was a stop through for couple nights, breaking up our 9 hour drive. Beautifully kept park, very clean. Water park is not part of your stay, it’s $5 per person, but still totally worth it! Kids had a blast. So many play grounds including one really big one that was so much fun, even dad and I joined in with the kids to play. Will be coming back here again.

We have been going to Hagan-Stone Park since the late 80's. We love coming here to camp, for birthday parties, weddings and just walking the trails. Always pleasant staff. Always clean. The campsites, have electric and water and a dump station. We moved to Oak Island, but still enjoy coming to get away.
