Best weightlifting gym in NC. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and programs specifically for your strengths and weaknesses as a weightlifter. Atmosphere is inviting, friendly, and encouraging.

If I could give 6 starts, I would. The conditions and equipment may be better in other gyms, but in other places such personalized training that takes into account your body strengths and weaknesses you will never get. Rob coached me out of many aches and pains when licensed physical therapist could not. I am stronger and free of pain.

Best weightlifting gym in the area. Open and accepting to all levels of fitness and fitness goals. You will not find better Olympic bars or plates in any gym in North Carolina.
