Clean enough, but the cashier was standing in the doorway smoking a cigarette, blowing smoke (and whatever germs she had) at everyone walking in. I came up with my small child and she didn't even bother to blow her smoke in the other direction.

Diesel pumps do not have the automatic shutoff when your tank is full. So if you're standing next to the handle while fueling. Expect to get covered in diesel.

Horrible customer service. Cashiers act like they own the place, close the store whenever they feel like without explanation and then open it right after you had to do a whole u-turn to go to a gas station next door because of one lane road. I have no idea how they still in business. Cashier name Sai is racist, idk if that’s his real name. He worked evening Friday 9/22.

I get gas all the time here, but this time I decided to go in, and buy me some lottery tickets. As I was waiting for my turn, I noticed the associate was rude with the customer in front of me. I didn't pay too much attention since it was a quick stop. I told the associate what I needed and as I presented my debit card she said "cash only". Now.. I have made several purchases on lottery tickets at BP Family Fare franchise.. with my debit. So I asked "why is it only cash?" And she responded with the same answer, so I gave her one more chance to explain why. This time she rolled her eyes and said "cash only". I knew then unfortunately I was dealing with an incompetent individual. So I told her "thanks" and left. I'm giving a 1 star do to the poorly way this was handled.

Owner/worker standing IN doorway with no mask, smoking so we had to walk directly THROUGH her smoke and her breathing to enter store. My husband asked her nicely to not smoke IN the doorway while customers trying to enter. She flipped out and put the cigarette out on my windshield and then left the cigarette butt in the windshield wiper area of my car!

ETA - The worker/owner also repeatedly told me to get out of my car so she could ‘take my head off’. Is this really the type of person BP wants representing their brand?? Upon reading other reviews, sounds as if this is common for this location.

DANGER! IMPROPER MAINTENANCE-- AVOID THIS LOCATION! 1/20/18 between 8:30 & 8:45am I stopped to get gas. As I was pumping, the smell of gas was overwhelming. I looked behind me and the hose on pump 5 had at least 1 hole in it was and was spraying everything within a 6 foot radius, INCLUDING ME, with gasoline. I immediately stopped the flow through the nozzle which caused the pressure in the hose to increase and made the spray of gas even worse. I had to go to work so I hung the hose back and notified the attendant of the problem. I reeked of gas and had to purchase a complete outfit before I started work. I went back to the station in the evening and asked to speak to the owner. He wasn't there, but I let my name and number. I didn't hear from him so I stopped back the morning of 1/21 and the attendant on duty barely remembered me and acted as though I was exaggerating, even through the pump was still tagged out of order. I again left my name and number but I still have not heard from the owner. I simply want reimbursement for the clothes that I was wearing which were ruined by their lack of proper maintenance. The lack of response from the owner shows a complete disregard for the danger to which i was exposed to from the excessive fumes, the chemical irritation to my skin from the gasoline or the fact that i was literally standing in a puddle of gas by the time I was able to replace the nozzle and stop the flow. The fact I paid for gas that spewed on me and never went in my car just adds insult to injury.

This place got demolished suddenly on Halloween. There's nothing left but rubble and pumps.

Very frustrated after stopping to get gas and purchase a couple of items in the store...I paid for my gas at the pump, but the employee inside the store let the man BEHIND ME in the line do his lengthy lottery transaction without asking me if it would even be okay. It wouldn’t have been okay, by the way, but that didn’t stop the employee (Kkekky, her name tag read?) from REACHING OVER MY STUFF ON THE COUNTER to take all of his lottery tickets and beer, and process them and ring them all up while I stood there fuming, considering it would have taken no more than a few seconds to ring up my two items. I sure wish I COULD BE ALLOWED to just jump a line like that! Needless to say, I will not be back here - for gas or anything else ever again.
