The UPS Store

I have been using this place to return any packages back to Amazon before shopping next door. They have been nothing but great and quick in scanning my items in.
Can't speak for the other services, but I've had no problems getting in and out especially with a baby in arms.

Fast and friendly staff. I was traveling and needed to get some documents scanned and emailed. They were very helpful and efficient. Great location.

I have used this store numerous ( 20+) times and have always had a great experience.

I had a great experience in the ups store close to closing time on Saturday July 10. I wasn't aware there was a store that far north on Church St, and it was a happy surprise for me. The attendant was working on a complicated order for the customer in front of me. She stayed Copland calm even though it seemed daunting, to me anyway!
I think I received a little courtesy discount on the greeting cards l bought, which l'd not have seen had l not had to wait, so l got another errand run and saved time! Five stars to the awesome customer service rep at this store! Thank you!

I just wanted to take a moment to say that customer service at the UPS store in Gunter's Crossing was incredible. Ms. Courtney Campbell provided excellent service and was very helpful. We had a complicated mailing issue and she was very kind and helped us through the process. I have not seen customer service quite like what she did and I am in the customer service business. It is nice to know that UPS has such as great working environment and extremely helpful.

Courtney and her staff are wonderful! She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure that copies are professionally prepared! Always kind and considerate, and offers to help in any way that she can.

Wendy was awesome at the front desk. She was able to answer questions about returning DirecTV and ATT equipment when the neither company's service lines could clearly provide that information. Thanks You!!!
