The staff was very helpful and polity. There was a particular young man that gave me great directions on how to find my necessities for my project. Leroy was very helpful . But, great job staff.

This is a good place to shop for things you need or want .most of the time but this time I went to pay my bill. And look around people can bring there pets in there with them as long as the are nice pets .

I enjoy their garden center over other stores. I went in with no particular plant in mind. I left with a pretty nifty bonsai. A nice little Money tree chose me.

I brought a microwave and vacuum on black Friday at a reasonable price

Went in for some pex plumbing parts. They have a decent selection of what I needed.. So I got a few things and left. Clean store, well lit. I didn't see anyone working in the plumbing section at the time to ask for help. I found what I needed. I'll be back again!

Carlos was very helpful loading plants and heavy bags of dirt in my car. He made sure the plants wouldn't be damaged on the trip home.

I love this location! Went one day and saw a customer having a full on meltdown. He was yelling and cursing at the staff and other customers about a card issue or something. The staff handled it beautifully and eased this obnoxious person so quickly and professionally. I was very impressed. Not only with their calm demeanor but also the entire cleanliness of the store itself.

All good. I just needed some Thompsons Water Seal.

We had another great experience visiting here! We are so thankful for the great customer service of Tamia and Jameel and one other worker!! Super customer service!! Now, this is a store with great customer satisfaction! Even the manager, I forget his name, but he offered to assist us with loading our vehicles. Came in and found what I wanted very quickly. Even though I prefer to check out with a cashier, I had to use the self checkout because there were no cashiers. Still the self check out was quick and easy. Overall a good experience that I’ve come to expect at Lowes.

I really recommend if you're looking for plants, and you're looking for good customer service. Go to this Lowe's and ask to speak to Brandon. I'm sure that any of his associates are capable of helping you as well. However, I recommend this manager. 5 Stars 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

While in the garden area, there was a nice man out there watering the plants, especially the ferns. He asked me if he could help me and was so pleasant.

I couldn't believe the customer service I received today. I was having trouble finding an rather inexpensive item that according to the website was in stock despite a quite lengthy and thorough search. As a last ditch effort, I figured I'd ask for help which I don't usually do since most times associates typically do what you already did and get the same result.

Gregory went above and beyond. He took the time to look in I don't know how many places, but to no avail. It was so nice to have someone take ownership and try as hard as he did! After letting me know he couldn't find the item, he blew me away and asked for my name and phone number I'm case he found it later. I was impressed. Who does that for a low-ticket item???

My wife and I took some time to shop around the store, leaving about 15 minutes later. As we we're heading out, Gregory caught us and he had found the item!!!

I was beyond impressed and happy to say the least. Thank you Gregory for taking the time and ownership and caring for your customers!!

Lowe's Home Improvement is a good store for.. well.. home improvement. They sell everything from paint and power tools to doors, windows, toilets, sinks, etc. They have great customer service and they offer curbside pickup. Employees are very kind and helpful.
