My family has gone to CarMax for several years, and we just returned yesterday now that we're in need of a new used car and got the same wonderful service as always! Our sales person, Bree, was extremely helpful, friendly, and transparent with the status of the car we looked at and it's history! Just as a side note, the office is immaculately clean as well! Thanks guys!

This purchase was the easiest & BEST buy I have ever experienced. I wanted to purchase an orange Jeep Wrangler for my wife Sandee for over a year & a half, but every time I found an orange Jeep Wrangler , someone else purchased it before I could take her to see it for approval. This time, Carmax brought the Jeep from Fayetteville, NC to Greensboro, NC for us to see. The salesman told us they would keep the Jeep for a week while we were seeking financing & completing other details. I even sought out a huge Red Ribbon for the hood of the Jeep since it was almost Christmas; I could give her the ultimate Christmas present. I couldn’t find a Red Ribbon for the hood, but upon arrival to Carmax, I noticed that there was a HUGE YELLOW RIBBON on the Hood of the Jeep! Sandee came with me to pick up her Jeep. I made one request to Sandee before telling her it was her Christmas present: I asked to drive it off the lot, because I knew when we got home, I would NOT get to drive it again without a struggle. Sandee allowed me to drive it off the lot. When we got home, I finally said, “Merry Christmas, Sandee!” She has been the happiest person in EVERY SITUATION since! I even LOVE her Jeep! I’m a Chevy person, but I am thinking of purchasing another Jeep in the Summer of ‘24! Thank you Carmax for helping me make 2023 Christmas the best for my wife

Best experience yet in purchasing a car. They are fair, efficent and easy to work with. Didn't try to take advantage of me on my trade in like a few other car dealers did. Kimoni was our sales representative, He went above and beyond. He made us feel comfortable and gave us excellent service even though he had at least 2 other customers he was working with. Full of energy to get the job done. Can't say enough. Thank you CarMax and Kimoni.

Will was awesome. He kept me company and was very knowledgeable. It didn’t take as long as it usually does which was nice. I wish you had basketball on the big TVs while I just sat and waited though. I had to watch on my phone. Also you kind of low balled me on my car price I thought. But all in all smooth. The day after the sale I needed a copy of the sale sent to me and I texted Will. He responded and texted right away. He seems like an awesome guy.

Bought a truck from the Greensboro location. Took the truck to get it wrapped (truck was for business use). After leaving the wrap shop the truck started overheating. After having it towed back to Carmax in Greensboro they determined that the head gasket was blown. They took the truck back, found me another one (a little nicer) and swapped it out for me. They even paid me back for the wrap which was almost $2,000. I cant say enough great things about how they handled the situation. Brenden at the Greensboro location was super helpful. Ill definitely be using them again!

This is the first time I have sold a car to CarMax, and was impressed with the customer service from the minute I walked in the door. This was an estate situation, and everyone I encountered was sensitive to the situation of losing a loved one. Everyone worked efficiently and I walked out the door in a reasonable amount of time with a check in hand. I was updated along the way and appreciate the great customer service and the ease of the transaction.

Carmax in Greensboro made our car shopping experience pain free. There is a very nice inventory of cars. Prices are displayed and vehicle information easy to view. To my surprise I found a car in less than 15 minutes! We bought a 2019 Hyundai Kona. It’s in great shape, low mileage and had all the extras I was looking to find. Our sales consultant Brad McDaniel was very helpful, knowledgeable and he is very personable. Since than I have called service about my key fob and Delores Smith is a delight to speak with. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist me. I highly recommend Carmax in Greensboro to anyone looking for a truly good used car with stellar staff and a guarantee too back all of that up.

I absolutely love the way Carmax handles their sell process. As a customer selling their vehicle they make it so easy. I was in and out in an hour with check in hand.

Brenden (Anderson) politely met us as we walked into the dealership and without any sort of pushy agenda to sell us a vehicle. He sat down with us, listened to what we wanted to do with our trade-in and what we were looking for in a new vehicle. He took care of getting our trade-in inspected for a potential down payment while he showed, and left us with the group of vehicles that we were interested in. We spent nearly a half hour looking over the fairly wide selection that fit our wants/needs and met Brenden back inside. He provided us the trade-in value for our then vehicle and talked more about logistics of purchasing a new vehicle. We hadn't purchased a vehicle in 10+ years so we had plenty of questions. Brenden answered each one. We did walk away that evening not purchasing a vehicle but, to continue discussions on how we wanted to proceed. A few days later we did set up a test drive on a Chrysler and a Honda. When we pulled back in after the final test drive, our mind was made up. We told Brenden what we wanted and he immediately went to work. He prepped everything he could so our next visit would be to simply sign the final paperwork and drive away in our new van! This was a Saturday evening and we didn't have a financial paperwork squared away. We took care of that on the following Monday and proudly picked up our new Chrysler Pacifica that evening! Brenden was an exemplary salesman who I would gladly and confidently sent someone to see for a new vehicle!

The easiest car experience I've ever been through and the absolute best customer service I have ever received! From the help I received on the phone speaking with Keyala, all the way to making my purchase with Nathan Nappier, along with assistance from Jasmine. All three people went above & beyond and played a very vital role in helping me with shipping, financing, safety, and the final decision on what car was in the best interest for my daughter. AND Nathan & Jasmine stayed late so my daughter could have her picture taken with a bow on the car!! You have great people working for you!! I've given Nathan's information to all my colleagues and family. He deserves to be rewarded for how extremely knowledgeable and patient he is. I will return very soon for another car and pray Nathan and his team will be available to help me again!

I recently purchased my vehicle from Carmax in Greensboro. My salesman was Brad McDaniel! He was so awesome. I was nervous at first but he made everything so easy and i immediately felt calm and relaxed. He treated me like family. I noticed a small area on the dashboard and Brad immediately took care of it. He even began looking for me another vehicle that was similar to the one I was purchasing, just in case they couldn’t get the part. Well Brad ensured everything was the way I wanted it when I left. Overall, I had a good experience shopping at Carmax. While the car I got was not flawless, and I am well aware that I could have paid less money for it elsewhere; Carmax does an amazing job rectifying issues with the car. Need new glass? Just ask. Check engine light? They’ll check it, repair it and often be able to get a loaner with no hassle. I wish that their inspection process on the front end (purchasing, receiving, and checking cars prior to posting them for sale) was as rigorous as it once was (have shipped @ Carmax since the 90’s), but what is? Overall, a good experience with a small number of managed hiccups. I would return in the future, but I like this car, and I hope I do not have to for a while!

I had a great experience. My car salesman didn’t push me into warranty or anything. It was nice to walk around the parking lot without people bothering us. He also made the process very simple and easy to understand. If anyone needs a car that won’t kill the bank look at Carmax.

Purchasing a vehicle is seldom "fun," but my experience at CarMax was a very positive one, and very smooth. From the online scheduling, to test drives, to the actual purchase, their process is extremely smooth and streamlined to fit the customer's needs. Brendan Anderson and Amber Long were fantastic and very helpful. Though I don't see us purchasing another vehicle for quite some time, I will make CarMax our first stop if we do! Highly recommended.

My experience with CarMax started out bad. My appointment was at 10am. I got there at 10:05am and I wasn’t helped til 11:15. But Albert Moore took over and everything was easy and smooth! He was honest, gave me great advice and made me comfortable to talk to. I was put in a car that same day.
