Literally love this place so much, the manager Brittany is so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She brightens my workout by greeting me at the front desk with a smile and kind words. She remembers things we have chatted about and asks about them! High quality middle management and the vibes are great. 10/10 cannot recommend this place and Brittany enough

Have been going here for a couple months now. Equipment is nice and enjoy the small layout with everything easy to find. Experienced issues with past management but the new general manager has made significant improvements to their team and community. Love coming here !

Under new general management, the gym has transformed remarkably, radiating positivity and inspiring energy. Brittanys genuine interactions and commitment, along with Courtneys unwavering positivity at the front desk, create an uplifting atmosphere here. It’s truly motivating to witness the positive impact she has on both the facility and its community.

We work out there at least 4 to 5 times a week , clean facility and wide variety of weights to use . Super friendly staff

The atmosphere reminds me of my old high school weight room. No frills, just weights and work. The employees are awesome and you can't beat a 24hr open gym.

This gym is amazing. It is convenient and clean. The management, staff and trainers are all professional and friendly. They are wonderful to their clients and they truly want to see us achieve results. The equipment is in good condition and there is a good variety. I love my gym and my trainer, Marylou!

This gym is awesome! The staff is super friendly and way helpful if you ever need anything. I never feel any pressure from them to buy things or do more or whatever. They always make an effort to say hello when I come in even if they are in the middle of something.
The equipment is always clean and in great shape. The bathroom/locker room is always clean and well stocked. The music that’s playing is always good. I’ve never felt like it was so crowded to the point that I can’t work out on a machine that I want to.
This gym is where you want your membership.

I have been a member for a year now. And I can't say enough about how amazing it is. It is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. The personal training is amazing. I can honestly say working out with Mary Lou has been transformational for me. I would highly recommend this gym for any type workout for any level of experience.

I love this gym!!! Its just the right size with all the equipment you would need. Its always clean and the staff works very hard to keep that way. They are also following the guidelines and you feel safe.
I highly recommend this gym and can't wait to go back!!!
