Lowe's Home Improvement

Went in to our local Lowe’s for flooring only to find out that it’s been discontinued but the lumberton location had several boxes. I called to verify that it was indeed in stock, JOSH assured me that it was and even went as far as to place a sticker on the boxes stating the items were sold so that no one else could purchase them being that my husband and I were coming from an hour away. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

This was the worst visit I have ever had at my favorite store. Waited on a pick-up order that was over 3000 dollars and had to wait over an hour. I'm not sure why my order could not be delivered, but I hope my next visit is better. Perhaps some more training is needed in customer service.

Extremely helpful and well informed staff. Went above and beyond in order to help with the purchase of the product and with loading it in my car... highly recommended.
I Will be back for any future orders.

Great customer service representative. I purchased a refrigerator that will be delivered SUNDAY and the old one hauled away. She listened to my concerns and kept me in my price range.

Management and pro services at this store is the best I've seen. Highly recommend over competition. My home is built with 100 percent lowes products. They back products when issues arise.

I had an amazing experience thanks to a lady by the name of Christy. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I will definitely continue to shop with Lowe's of lumberton for that reason.

The salesman at the appliances was very knowledgeable, courteous, and went the extra mile to accommodate me and my questions all the while dealing with other customers simultaneously.

Always helpful people who know what there doing. Low prices and a very large selection of whatever you are looking for. Awesome place to be I go sometimes just to walk around...lol

The employees at this outlet are very helpful and will tell you what you want to know. Also they almost always have whatever I need.

Wonderful people at customer service, great attitudes for the most part with the exception of one young lady. And I did express my satisfaction too the manager that was on duty

Love everything about Lowe's other than can't leave out the same way you come thru the door and the isle I usually go straight to is a mile at the other end but they got whatever you want but Mobile home parts.
