I cannot say enough good things about the team that takes care of me. They are very professional and wonderful. They take extra time to make sure I'm taken very good care of. I've had lots of serious medical problems this year and they have truly been there for me in every way. I'm proud of you all at Yadkin Novant! Thank you!!

Had a great experience with Dr. Lauren Heller she was very caring, helpful and understanding she helped put in some referrals for my husband, she even gave him a motivational speech! I’m glad I changed the appt and saw her instead of Dr. Carla because I didn’t hear good things about how she treats patients. So overall it was great!!

Novant Health in Yadkinville is the BEST. The staff is amazing and care deeply about your medical needs. You will get a printout about your visit with all the information that was discussed during each visit. Your next appointment will also be on the printout.
I believe everyone would appreciate this very professional and caring facility.

I had my doubts about going here but my PCP was retiring and I had to find another. I have had some really bad experiences in the past with doctors in Yadkinville and I haven't seen a doctor in Yadkinville for probably 30 years until this past Tuesday when I saw, Dr. Gunnar Key. He was awesome! He was compassionate and caring as he went through my lengthy medical record. He was very knowledgeable about all of what was going on with me; he had done his homework before my appointment. I liked that! He gave me all the time I needed to ask questions of him about my care. I do believe I have found a PCP on the first try. I would highly recommend Dr. Key; he is great!

My appointment at Yadkin Medical Associates went very well. Did not have to wait long to see the doctor & she was very thorough discussing the needs of my visit & prescribed the appropriate medication for my medical visit.

Me and my family just recently joined with Yadkin Medical Association. The best decision we ever made Teresa Diggs is our Dr and she is great! Also seen Carla she was also great! Everyone is very nice.

Excellent service, friendly treatment and although I understand English I was able to have a specialist who speaks Spanish.

They treat you like family. Courteous, really listen to you, they explain things to you in a way you understand what is wrong. The greatest experience I've had in office visit in a long time. Glad I made them my new doctors office.

Novant Health Yadkin Medical Associates is a very good place to go to when you are sick or need a primary care provider. These people really care about their patients and their needs. They are very caring and kind to their patients. I highly recommend this place.

Dr John Williams is the absolute best. Always a pleasant experience. Everyone is kind, helpful and respectful. They take the time to listen to your concerns and help you with making the right decisions to better your health.

Not good at all. Put false diagnosis put on my history paper. I'm truly upset and disappointed with how the NP treated me. I went I'm for a head ache I had for 4 days . To talk to her about my concerns about BP and covid. I felt like no one really listened except the two ladies up front. I got weighted, took temp normal had covid test neg. She checked my throat , ears and listened to my lungs which where clear. What I'm upset about bc I previously HAD lung cancer and I said HAD. The NP took it upon herself to put a false diagnosis on my history paper as Mwtastatic cancer which I do not have and I'm extremely upset that she would put shut on mu history health sheet. All bc I had a headache and thats the o ly time I've been there with any headache. I got a shot of Toradol and about 15 mins later my headache was completely gone. I want that false diagnosis took off of my medical papers. It's not true. If I have a car wreck and I go to the hospital and can't talk and they treat me for Metastatic cancer which I don't have that could be life threatening to me and my health. I told her several times I don't have any cancers I go every 6 months and have been cancer free for years. I'm angry over this whole visit and this needs to be corrected immediately. By Novant Health Yadin Medical Associates ASAP. I promise myself if i ever get another headache I want be going there for a check up. Now my NP Ashley Lauer is wonderful and she listens to me snd my concerns and never disregards me or disrespect. However this NP was not my doctor nor have I ever seen her before. Most definitely I will never see her again or I will leave.

Everyone was nice and listened to what I had going on, and prescribed the right course of treatment.

I noticed significant, all around improvement in this medical office compared to a couple years ago. Friendlier staff. More professional and compassionate. Dr. John Williams appeared happier and as always efficient and super knowledgeable. I’m thankful to have this new and improved staff as a part of my care team. Blessed to have Dr. John Williams continuing to provide excellent medical care!!

Everyone is nice and personable. Did not wait long at all ! First time seeing Ms Cassidy and she was very knowledgeable about my sickness and listened to all my concerns

It's was a good experience, I was treated very good, I didn't have wait long for Doctor John to come in to see me, The nurses there are very nice too, it's was a regular annual doctor's visit or check up my once a year. He is a very great Doctor, he ask me lots questions , about how I was doing my health and personal life, how I was feeling , I had lost weight, Last year he told me to exercise so I took up walking a long walk in the evening, He said I was doing good all my test came back good. Dr key is an awesome Doctor. He is the best doctor and smartest I ever seen. He should get doctor of the year 👏 😏 also hats off to his awesome Nurse 👏 she knows her medical 😉 stuff and is very caring she should get nurse of the year 👏 I have never left disappointed with this Doctor visit one of the best moves i have ever made was getting him as a Doctor. My health has gotten a lot better since I started seeing him.

The staff is very professional and they made sure all my health needs were met. My provider Jennifer Myers Cassidy is very professional she listens to me. She also shows concern about my health. I trust her with my care.

From the beginning of my visit till the end I felt at home with this doctor and my nurse !! I knew from the first moment I met them that they cared about their jobs and me and they listened to everything I had to say!! I am confident I’ll be with ms Williams for many years to come !!
