Adding to my previous review! Just used the pet grooming service with them and was so impressed! Kim did a great job on my furbaby and took half the time other groomers usually take!! Price was great too!!

My wife kid and 2 dogs were stranded waiting for a tow truck and they let us hang out there out of the heat. Nathan and Ashley were great. So nice and offered us chairs. Excellent customer service. Shopped while there and they also have good prices.

Great store with lots of fun stuff and the groomer Ann was amazing with my 3 animals especially with my grandcat. Highly recommend.

I love this place! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They also have grooming. They always have everything I need for my 3 dogs and a cat.

I love coming out to Petsense, I work with the Richmond County Animal Shelter and have been doing adoption events there and the staff is always amazing, and so welcoming they also make sure that we have what we need for the animals. You can definitely tell that everyone who works there loves and enjoys all animals.

Took our dog for the first time yesterday Kim the groomer did a wonderful job and made her Sasha beautiful. I will be bringing both our dogs in the future Thanks again Kim

I was in need of an “emergency” bath for my pup. Patty and her coworker worked my puppy in and the results were excellent. The staff even helped me get Easter photos of my new pup in a staging area they have set up. They also carry Royal Cain dry puppy food and wet Cesar food which is exactly what I needed! 👍 Great experience. I will be back.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took my labradoodle to be groomed and was very happy with the way they treated him like he was their own. When she finished he was so handsome. Definitely recommend the Laurinburg location!

I went there for a grooming for my Shih Tzu.. first time grooming they did an awesome job on her very pleased I would use them again... And I can't believe the variety of different dog and cat food they have..

I always trust this particular store with washing and grooming all three of my dogs. Great staff and wonderful groomers.

Super friendly and helpful employees! They genuinely love animals and have real dedication to customer service. Worth a visit and if you don't see something you need/want- just ask. They work hard to help their customers.

This is a really awesome Petsense. All of the store and grooming staff I have interacted with are so nice and helpful. They do a great job with bathing and grooming!

Great selection, friendly helpful staff

The man who works there was very helpful and seemed to be knowledgeable about the stores products. I usually go to Walmart to get pet supplies, but due to the crowd inside and outside of Walmart, I now prefer to pay a few cents extra at Petsense.

Went in for some arcana dog food which happened to be on sale since it was within 5 months of expires, plenty of time for our beast to devour the dog food. Very friendly staff.

My husky is very high maintenance. So when i picked her up from petsense after having a deshedding bath and her pedicure, she was yappin up a storm telling me how good a job her groomers did. 10/10!
