When I came in she helped right away. Even when it was time for her to leave she continued to help us and made sure she resolved our problem. Very nice and kind. 10/10 Very good service

Aniyah helped me so much! She got everything I needed situated. I was really frustrated going into the store from previous let downs but Aniyah welcomed me and my family with the biggest and warmest smile. The experience she gave was like no other.

I had purchased a new phone from another AT&T location. On my way home, I realized that neither my old phone nor my new one had service. So, I stopped into the Laurinburg location. Townsend was able to fix the problem quickly. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
