The best shoe store and service I ever experienced, selection too, in the U.S.A. Miguel is great, he assisted me with selecting the four pair of shoes I bought, and Barbara help with my sock selections, she was so helpful too. Everyone that works there is exceptional. I have found where I will be buying all my shoes. Highly recommend.

I went today to get New Balance Stability shoes, Eddie was the salesman I dealt with very nice, was NOT a pushy salesman he took his time in me choosing the right shoe. I liked that he let me decide what I liked. I have been there where it would take 3-4 hours to purchase shoes, I was not there that long today! Thanks 😊 He only focused on me Not others while he was helping me pick my shoes out! Thanks Also checking out Amanda was a Great help! Thank you two!😊
I just wished that The New Balance shoe came in white or different colors than they had, but, I need a stability shoe and only 3 to choose from…

I'm not much of a shoe shopper. I actually only buy shoes every few years. A family member introduced me to this store and I must say that I was very impressed. The sales associate was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me with all my shoe buying needs. He took the time to properly size my foot, recommended solutions for my unique situation, and even special ordered shoes for me when they did not have exactly what I needed. I entered the store looking to purchase one pair of shoes to replace my heavily worn work shoes, but was so impressed with the selection, prices, and friendly staff that I walked out with three pairs of different shoes. I'll definitely be returning here in a few years when I need to do this again. I would highly recommend shopping here to anyone who wants a large shoe selection of quality brands, a fair price, and a friendly knowledgeable associate to help them find the best fit and options.

Highly recommend! I had to go to a podiatrist Nov 6th, for intense foot/toe pain and bruising under both my toes. After Doctor Evans exam, he suggested, The Shoe Market" on 4624 W Market St in Greensboro. I went in, told the person at the front about my problem, the nice sales lady said, "I know just the person to help you." She got a Mr. Eddie Alameda, who greeted me warmly, and we went back, he patiently measured my foot, looked at the my braces in my old sneakers, inspected my old sneakers, took time to explain why I was having pain and "off balanced walking." He promptly saw, and solved the problem, went and got the correct size, and fit perfectly! After, he let me walk around in the store, I didn't take my new sneakers off untill I got home. My new sneakers were so comfortable, I sent a thank you to my foot Doctor for recommending, W Market, Shoe Market, and thank you so much Mr. Alameda and "The Shoe Market." In Greensboro, PS I went shopping today, wearing my new sneakers all day, no pain, walking on air, the price was well worth it, goodbye bedroom slippers! VAL :):)

The people are so helpful, and they won't let you walk out without your shoes fitting you properly, and they make sure you are happy! They have a huge selection, and they have the best brands and quality shoes! They care about their customers! And they appreciate your business!

This place is great I got a pair of work boots 7 months ago and they fell apart I walked in today and told them about it and after they looked at them I got a new pair of work boots.. now that's my shoe store from now on. So go and see what they have for you. .. it a good place to spend your hard money in for good quality shoes. And nice people to work with also

I took my mother in law to find a pair of sandals that would accommodate her foot that has issues with a toe. She had to have a sandal with Velcro. Our salesman John was wonderful and so patient but she couldn't find a pair that hit at the right spot. He must have dragged out over a dozen pair of shoes. When though there was no sale he was really great.

Great selection of shoes and best of all, excellent experienced staff. No more try and buy shoes at the discount stores for me. The folks here helped me get the right style and fit for my needs. I walked out of the store on new shoes that fit perfect.

Fantastic service! An employee by the name of Michael assisted me in finding just the right pair with the correct size/fit, just before closing. Amazing. The best fitting dress shoes I've ever had. Highly recommend Michael, he was clearly busy and somehow made time for my needs and his customer service skills top notch. Will be returning for my next pair.
