Even though some reviews on here seem scary and when I called I was told they have my size of the shoe I was looking for in stock which they didn’t, they delivered to me a great shoe thankGod that basically everyone else didn’t have. On time , correct size and shoe in best shape and helped me nicely on the phone! They will send you tons of emails though, some promotional of course. They are located in a cool spot at a mall in the gboro ws area.

First of all I'm in sales. The wonderful crew that work in finish line. Are about the most professional people I've ever dealt with. I was so amazed everything they would ask me questions I couldn't answer. They are best spend your hard earned money at FINISH LINE trust me you want go WRONG MERRY CHRISTMAS

I visited Finish Line on Thursday. As soon as I walked in the lady greeted me. I looked around and the manager asked me me if I needed any help. I hadn't found what I was looking for but when I did, the manager and another associate helped me get two pair of shoes. I also got a demonstration of the cleaning and water proof spray. Which I used the same day to clean some AirForceOnes. Everyone was so nice and it took less than 15 mins to accomplish all of this and have a great shopping experience.

Of all the shoes stores in the mall, this one is the best. And it is because of the people working in the store. The guy that assisted us was the best. He greeted us immediately...something we did not get at any of the other shoe stores. He was personable. It was like buying from friend or family. Be did not make things weird or over crowd. He was there when we needed him but practically invisible when we didn't. I don't how he did it, but everything we would say we liked something he was right there to ask us what size he should get for us to try on. We went in to look and came out with 5 pair of shoes! He said he was car salesman....thank God I didn't meet him at the car lot. Who knows what I would have bought.

Never a truly terrible experience here. The staff is not super super excited and full of energy, however, they greet you properly, they know their product, they check on you often, they dont act annoyed or disrespectful and they go above and beyond. I feel appreciated shopping here. Christopher made additional suggestions on other products and was so helpful in an online order for the perfect pair of Jordan's. Thank you!

I live shopping with finishline, I shop mostly online they have better sales, but if you order from the store you don't pay shipping. And you can take back shoes that you order online and exchange them and they will order new ones or something else. You earn 20 bucks for every 200 spent. I usually get shirts and last time I got two pair of puma slides for me and a Nike shirt for my son. I paid 3.00 a piece for each. My favorite store for shoes. I don't ship anywhere else. For sneakers.

The employees at this store are awesome and attentive to your needs. The assistant manager was very helpful in helping us find the right shoe for my son's wide foot.
