Super nice people and very helpful

Receptionist put my name in the computer upon arrival. Another lady came in a few minutes after me. Receptionist put her name in computer. The other lady was called back and helped before me. Not good customer service. When I asked, I was told only certain people could help with Safe Boxes. Would have been better if I was told that in the beginning instead of made to feel I was overlooked!

Service is snail paced unless you only need to see a teller

Nice people but extremely slow. It has taken them 3 months for the mortgage approval process. I’ve had to call constantly to check on the status. I’ve been through 3 different people. Still haven’t received my pre-approval letter yet......
