Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I travel to Rocky Mount often to visit family and I always go through the car wash when I get into town. But lately it has been a much more pleasant experience. And the grounds are looking a lot better. I love the new change. Keep up the good work!

Jamarius Reid provided me with an excellent form customer service, as someone who’s enjoys a clean car, he did all things necessary to have my car clean. He scrubbed the bugs off and sprayed an extra mud off. He is truly on the best workers on the staff and with his attitude I believe he can go far in what ever field he decides to take up! I think Mr.Jamarius should be rewarded for his services.

Terrence Battle is a great addition to Tidal Wave. He has a great attitude toward his job and makes my experience here great everytime due to his upbeat personality. The Tidal Wave could benefit by hiring more people with a similar attitude and attention to detail like him.

This car wash is absolutely the “bom diggity” it’s simply awesome to run through with ease and come out the other end with a clean car and shiny tires. The staff is friendly and helpful. The tire treatment actually makes the tires shine! And the vacuum cleaners have good suction as well.

Very pleased with service & staff. I live in Wilson County but occasionally I am in Rocky Mount I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is in the area. I would give more stars if I could. I believe Megan was the young lady who helped me. She was very courteous & upbeat with her demeanor. Nice to see people like her still exist. I will be back in the future.
