My husband and myself were so nervous to sell our home. It was the place where we started our lives and family together, but we knew it was time to go. We knew nothing of the process and were not sure as to how long the house would sit on the market or if it would even sell. Phillip made sure to let us know the details about everything and he walked us through the entire process and really helped to make us feel great about the experience as a whole from start to finish. Even when our first buyers fell through, him and his associates were quick to re-list our home in record time and get us a second set of buyers. There were even times that I could not be at the house to let in inspectors. Phillip made sure that he or his wife were there to watch over things until I was able to be home. There was never a question that he couldn’t answer and there was not one single issue that we encountered where Phillip wasn’t able to help us and guide us on how to solve the problem. We interviewed a number of realtors in the sale of our home and Phillip Britt was by far the most experienced, driven, professional and organized. He is from Robeson county but has worked in other real estate markets.
Where other realtors showed up in gym attire and unprepared, he had his work done.

As such, he understands the area and has a broader real estate experience lacking in local agents. Phillip is an expert in the field and was great to work with, but we had considerable difficulty communicating with the office staff. On a number of occasions I had to email/call Phillip directly to have an issue resolved. You may need to do the same. It's been a year and I hope they have improved in this regard because the services that Britt & Co offer are much needed in the area. Very highly recommended provided the staff problems have been addressed.

She took in all of my request and started searching immediately. She answered all questions and concerns I had immediately. There were many of them but she had the patience.
