Love that store the people are so friendly and helpful always smell so goof.

This is a beautiful B&BW location. I visited on 12/11/21 when they were having their body care sale and I carried with me an entire list of items that I was seeking to buy. Unfortunately, they were out of a lot of stuff I wanted due to the influx of people, but the employee that helped me during my visit was just amazing! She truly went above and beyond her duties in assisting me with finding different items and even went into the backroom to find products that were not displayed on the shelf and I was very ecstatic that she brought them out just for me! She didn’t seem too annoyed with me that I had such an extensive list of items and she was even so nice as to allow me to purchase my items at an express register without having to stand in the long line! I didn’t catch her name, and I’m not going to post her cashier id for security and privacy purposes, but she definitely deserves a raise and a promotion! I haven’t had such an exceptional top tier customer service experience like that in a long time and that’s truly saying something! I would absolutely go back there shopping again just because of how helpful she was and despite the hard times we are all in due to the pandemic, she provided me with outstanding support and service! What a wonderful shopping experience! Thank You! ♥

I went back to return an item earlier and the cashier was so kind and courteous. She didn't stop at 2 I was satisfied and that made me feel special. That is the reason why I love Bath & Body Works and stand by them 100%
