The lady at the counter is always pleasant and courteous. Never had an issue with this post office.

New management

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff at this location. They are one of the few contracted departments to actually have a positive servitude. Edna assisted me multiple times and I had never seen her in a bad mood. She brightened my day, and I'm not the type to aimlessly give compliments. I appreciate the staff and effort they make to serve and please the residents.

I'm tired of civilians who don't know how to do their job, can't even take care of my fathers death cause they can't due their jobs, you discuss the military you support, side note I like to thank the manager for getting it done, mail shouldn't be this difficult. I still will keep it my review as is.

Workers are there maybe 2 hours of the day, worst post office ive used by a land slide. Guy in the afternoon is always rude. What is the point of posting hours on the door or online if they’re never here during those times? Why have a post office if we cant use it.

Joe needs to be fired. He is so rude. Every single time I go there, he shakes his head, sighs, grunts, and then mutters under his breath before he goes to get my package. A couple days ago he CUSSED ME OUT because I ordered an office chair and that was too heavy for him to carry 2 feet to the door. This is not how we should be treating our first term airmen. I don’t know how he still has a job.

As said below, closes and opens on their own time, don't bother following the Google maps times or the times posted on the doors, just hope to get lucky. Also dude is pretty rude.

The man who is in there in afternoons always seems to be having the worst day and trying his best to ruin everyone else's, he rolls his eyes, ignores, and is an absolute pos. Wastes everyone's time as often as he can and denies people's mail from being delivered, been here 2 months and have seen him have problems with at least 20 people, I've only been in 4 times so kinda disgraceful he is allowed to work on such a nice base

Guy working there needs get fired. He’s rude for no reason.

Not very good service. Always feels like its a burden to the workers to go in and ask for your mail.
