This location is the best Postal Office I've ever seen. I went to other ones around the city, and compared to this building, were really down in service and quality.

I wanted to review this because one of the workers named Candace helped us in a
meaningful and nice manner. Brody also answered/explained everything to me that I had questinablitty with.

Would like to give Steven, a U.S. Postal Service employee at the SW 89th and Pennsylvania location in Oklahoma City, a 10 out of a possible 10 review rrating.. Steven was kind and personable, and I received the correct service I needed at the post office. Please convey my thanks to him.

Best location to get your passport! The girls are super efficient and effective. Great service and they all have super nice personalities

When we want something delivered on time or ahead of time. We drive to this post office. Always great service.

Melinda was very helpful - I had about 20ish certified letters to send and she worked with me while dealing with other customers. She had a good attitude even though I knew I dumped a decent work load on her!

I’ve been here as a box holder for nearly five years.
Always helpful, even when appeared overwhelmed with people inline. The staff always will to help and explain the processes to customers. (Amazed a people that don’t utilize USPS or don’t know you must have a stamp)
Good people, serving the people that often don’t appreciate their work.

The hours are very convenient, they open early and close later than most postal offices. This allows me to come before and after work. People are the nicest ever !

Melinda is an absolute ROCKSTAR. She was holding down the fort all by herself with a growing line of customers, and she was still friendly, patient and very helpful. We need more Melinda’s in this world!

This post office is fantastic. Everyone I've spoken to has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Over the last couple of years, since moving to the area, I've run into 3 or 4 shipping-related problems (all my fault or the shipper's), and EVERY TIME, someone at this post office location has gone out of their way, above and beyond the call of duty, to help me. I've spoken to Joe, Marisah (I think? I definitely remember an M name haha), and several others, all of whom have been amazing. These people all deserve giant raises, and a little appreciation.

Melinda is awesome and amazing she helped me out so much and I am very grateful to her! She had no need to do so a simple no but she went out of her standard and her kindness of heart to provided excellent customer service! Once again thank you so much!

I called the OKC Downtown Post Office and Corey answered. The call was answered promptly, he was very pleasant, professional and answered my questions!!! I do want the USPS to know what a valuable employee they have!!! Thank you, Corey!!!

I like buying stamps! My family collected stamps, so I figure one day I'll start mine. I'm 42 year's old, so I figured around 50 I'll start my stamp collection.

My personal experience with this specific post office has been nothing but excellent. From renting a PO Box to mailing packages, everything has been easy. (Been coming here since 2018)

Every morning I go in there they are quiet and fast. Never have a problem with mailing things media mail for ebay unlike some of the other locations. Love that they are open before 8am.

I know it's weird to review a post office but I just want to shout out Chelsea, the lady that delivers the mail in my neighborhood. She does a great job!
