When I walked in the first time i was very pleased.
Very welcoming.
Very nice.
I wasn't sure what to get so I asked the lady working the front desk what I should get (this was the owner) very sweet and kind. She told me I should try a turtle frap. It was so good I came back the next day and had another.
She has baked goods, all homemade. They are so delicious. Will definitely be coming back, and definitely be bringing friends and family. Very family friendly. They also have homemade ice cream, popsicles, and dip an dots. Love this place

This place does all they can to make sure customers is happy!! As any place of business, it’s hard to find good help these days. Things have been redone and yes, there is ice cream available everyday!! There is no kids in the kitchen while baking is being done!! Baking is done after hours so it’s fresh for the next day! If you have problems, why not bring it to the owner’s attention first?! Some of these reviews was done by someone mad about other things and not the place of business. The one post is a frappe not a latte.

First time into Carolina coffee N creamery, and I have to say DO NOT judge this place off of reviews, I’ve never felt more welcomed in an establishment than I have here, between the fast service and best tasting baked goods the barista and the owner even made time to have conversation and made me feel like they’d known me forever, this will definitely be a daily stop for, so please don’t let these negative nancys stop you from coming to visit. They’ve got my vote and can we talk about the choices in flavors and more than one size of coffee

No one is Harder to please than myself! I found this coffee/ bakery shop to be warm and inviting! My complicated coffee I ordered was to perfection! The pastry — excellent. I cannot begin to convey my level
Of contentment while there!!! You can tell the people try hard and care!! I cannot remember when i felt people tried so hard to please a customer!!! The experience sure was refreshing. I’ll be back every chance I get!!!

I LOVE this shop!! It is adorable ♥ I ended up getting unique gifts for my family and myself as well as some delicious cupcakes 🧁 the service was awesome. If you are looking for a small gift for someone, I definitely recommend stopping by this shop.

Comfortable and CLEAN place to go and kick back and enjoy their coffee's and many other items that they have. Everyone here is so friendly and has definitely made me a coffee drinker. I will go back for sure!!!

Great, place to grab a cup of coffee, grab some good baked goods, friendly environment. Me and the owner go way back. She hires a lot of very nice and good workers.

I love being able to come here and get my morning pick me up. They are always open early and make my day!! Thanks for always being there to have the goodies I need for a pick me up!

Got an iced coffee and it was really good@ The only feedback I have is to mix the syrup a little bit better.

Other reviews are a little dramatic. It's not perfect, but it's pretty good. Yes there are children at the location sometimes, it doesn't mean it's disgusting or goes uncleaned. I have visited multiple times, and not once has any of the staff, owner included, been anything but friendly and quick with the order. Perfectly tasty coffee, you can see them making it inches from you. Decent sized menu that you can customize. Ice cream is FANTASTIC. I wouldn't be suprised if this place only improves with time.
