Back in December we dropped off a handful of sweatshirts, a handful of button ups and a couple of beanies. We just picked them up last week after 2 months and the logo is a different color than my logo and its missing key parts of the logo. I spoke with the owners – both the husband and the wife and they both blamed me, or the logo and are taking no responsibly to fix the issue. No refund, no fix of their mistakes and the husband never called me back after saying he would. Poor customer service and poor workmanship.
