These guys set the bar for cleanliness and amazing service. All their staff, but especially their morning workers are amazing. Kind, polite, and very hard workers. As well as efficient. Very tasty breakfast as well. Much better then the Springhill in Albuquerque attached to the hospital.

We stay here every year when we visit family and the service just gets better and better! From each front desk worker, to the wonderful facility gentleman, to the breakfast ladies, each person is hardworking and kind and friendly! You guys are doing it right! The breakfast has so much fresh fruit and delicious options and the pool is also wonderful, along with clean rooms. Thank you!

Mr Chance was the first one to help with our reservation! He also switched out our mini fridge to give us a super cold one! The front desk Managers and workers are so kind and considerate. My son in law passed, from Pennsylvania 3 days ago and we had condolence gift bags waiting for us in our ROOMS! The Housekeeping is top notch and they do an excellent JOB! Everyone greets us from the front desk to house keeping and the breakfast servers! I feel this is truly the BEST HOTEL anyone can ever find! From out of Towners to City Folks! It’s very CLEAN, QUIET AND SAFE HERE! Very honest people!! They have a fitness center, clean indoor pool nice waiting or sitting area. Well kept lawn and grounds! You cannot want or ask for better anywhere! I will definitely return here the next time we decide to use a Hotel. You should too if you want a great experience! Thank you Marriott Hotel!

The Springhill Suites location in Oklahoma City sets the standard for top-of-the-line accommodations. The beds are meticulously clean and comfortable, and the service is impeccable. This hotel deserves a high rating. It checks all the boxes in what you need for a comfortable stay, but above all the staff went above and beyond to enhance this experience. When the airline delayed my bags, they provided me with all the essentials they had on hand to help ease this inconvenience. The breakfast was always fresh and the room was very clean.

Sleek and modern design, clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows. It is close to the highway with numerous food choices in walking distance. Great stay!

Great location, the hotel seemed new or at least newly renovated. They have a large hot breakfast buffet with lots to choose from. The fitness area was spacious but dirty. I recommend it and will be back.

Beautiful spacious rooms with a nice sitting/work area. Clean and well stocked. Close to lots of food and easy access to the interstate. Very close to Tinker AFB.

I stayed at this hotel on October 9th, 2022. All the things that you would expect of a hotel were very well done. The room was clean, all the amenities were present and in order. What made this stay a “5 star” was the hotel staff. Without exception they were friendly, smiling and genuinely seemed to want to help and ensure that we had a great stay. The night manager took pains to help us find a good place to eat. And, in the morning, the breakfast buffet was WAY above average. Good choices, including FRESH berries. Desiree (who was one of the team taking care of the buffet) was doing a great job! “The dark days” of the pandemic (in my opinion) had a very negative impact on the service provided at hotels. I saw no evidence of any of that at this property. Well done, SpringHill Suites team at Del City, OK!!

Our family came together to give my niece and her husband a night away after a difficult event in their lives. The hotel staff, especially Joseph was beyond helpful in making sure they had a great stay. The hotel room was beautiful and the couple really enjoyed having time away. I can't thank you enough for helping make a difficult situation a bit easier on our family.

Very friendly front desk and most notable was the staff keeping up with the breakfast. They do a phenomenal job and are very friendly! Great accommodation for OU visit. Shopping and restaurant nearby.

Wonderful Stay!!! We've found our 'regular' place to stay when we visit OK city! The room is clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Staff is extremely polite, and loved the breakfast!!!! Pool and gym is FaNtAsTiC!!!!! 2 thumbs way way up!!! 👍🏻 ...Update** still the best hotel experience, several years later!!! (EVEN IN 2023)

When we travel we tend to choose Marriot hotels for their consistent good service, but we did find this place to be exceptional in that area. Each employee was joyful, sweet and kind in communication. In addition to great service the hotel was very clean. The Lobby had a large area also clean which would be a great place for a team get together if you are traveling with a sports teams I am thinking team bonding activities and the like. Larger than most and nicely staged. It was a great stay for our family.

The staff here is so friendly and was very accommodating! The indoor pool and breakfast buffet every morning we’re a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks here! Thanks for making our move to America so smooth!

The front desk lady, Champagne, was absolutely amazing!!! She was super sweet, provided a ton of information about the hotel and its amenities, and made sure we were satisfied with everything in the entire process of check in. I will choose this hotel again in the future solely because of her.

Everything about this place was nice, the staff were very nice, the rooms were great, the pool was nice and cool, and we got a free breakfast. Everything was extremely clean and lovely.

Excellent location. Only 5 minutes from the Children's Science Museum and the Zoo.

The rooms were SPECTACULAR!!!
So clean, so roomy, comfortable beds AND pillows AND great water pressure. I look forward to visiting OKC again just to stay in this hotel.
