Holiday Inn Express & Suites Midwest City, an IHG Hotel

Besides the TV barely hanging on the wall sideways, the rooms were clean and nice. Tanya was amazing! She took very good care of us at breakfast time both mornings. She was very nice, friendly and helpful when we needed something. I would stay here again for sure!

The room was nice and breakfast was actually good compared to other hotels I've stayed at. My only complaint was that they let a truck full of men hangout in the parking lot till after 12am drinking and being loud. I could hear them on the 4th floor.

The nicest Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at! The staff was nice and the rooms were nice too and tastefully renovated. Also the breakfast was the good Holiday Inn Express breakfast that they usually have. Overall highly recommend this place.

11-28-23 WoW! When the remodel is done, this will be beautiful. Out room was amazing. The front desk was very accommodating......even without a 'real' front desk, these gals did great! Yes, we'll be back.

I have been staying at a lot of hotels lately, and this one might be my favorite. Every member of the staff I have interacted with has been upbeat, cheerful, and has greeted me warmly. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the towels are always beautifully arranged. Breakfast is always good. The fitness center is small, but the mirrors make it feel so much large. The location is fanrastic, with a Walmart right across the street in case you need something, and multiple wonderful restaurants withing walking distance (I particularly like Black Bear Diner and Ted's Café Escondido). There's even a Starbucks right across the street.

This is a simple review, but this Holiday Inn just checks all the boxes, and it is always a pleasure to stay here.

My oldest sister has recently stayed there for the last 5 days. She did however previously did stay there 3 times before. That's why she had asked me and husband to reserve her the same hotel. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Del City. She absolutely loved the service and the rooms as well as the management that had given her the best service she's been given the every time she's cone back in time town for a visit (4th visit now) with whatever she's needed management seems to help. Holiday Inn Express is absolutely amazing and totally awesome and spectacular and especially have great management and staffing!!!!👍👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰

Best hotel stay EVER. Having a disability traveling can be very cumbersome but Holiday Inn really made it less of an issue. Their wheelchair accessible rooms are great. The built in shower chair was a relief! They even had the towel for the floor easily accessible from the shower. I LOVE the shampoo, conditioner and body washes in the shower so much so that I looked them up to maybe buy for home and the lotion is so so good too. It was very much needed in this November weather. Coffee and tea in the room were really nice and breakfast was warm and filling. A little more variation between the days would have been nice but you can't beat cinnamon rolls, sausage gravy, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee, plus more. The only things that might have been great is maybe a channel guide and some info about local dining options. Also the automatic door to the room wasn't activated and they should really consider a handle on the wall outside the shower right next to the shower chair. I really wanted to try out the pool and use the wheelchair lift but I forgot my swimsuit. We will definitely be back!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had to request a remote for the TV. Brought it right away.
Bathroom door wont stay open. Waste basket had to keep it held open. Wasn't aware of that when i hit ny head on the door handle. Safety should be a priority. All Hotel staff and housekeeping was amazing though.

Let me being by saying I stayed here for 38 nights, much longer than your typical guest at this type of hotel. Rooms are well sized and have good amenities. Bedding is of high quality and housekeeping staff are EFFICIENT & PROFESSIONAL. Very competent. Gym, laundry room, pool, and lobby were always clean and well maintained. In the time I stayed here, I had no issues with my room or the facilities.

The desk staff and owner were always very kind and helpful. On one occasion, my car battery died and the person manning the desk helped me push my car from its parking spot and gave me a jump with no hesitation. I wasn’t even late for work. The service I received was personal and outstanding. You can really tell that the staff is hardworking and cares about your visit and the product they are offering. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

The customer service was impeccable, the rooms were very clean and organized, and they were taking good precautions due to covid. For covid they had signs to social distance, wear masks, etc and for breakfast they had “to-go” bags. My mother was the only one awake early enough for breakfast so I’m not sure if she got to pick what was in them or not but there was a granola bar and a sausage biscuit in the one she handed me. When we went to check in, Floyd was very attentive and fast. There was someone ahead of us and he got them checked in quickly and answered all their questions. When it was our turn he got us checked in the fastest any hotel has ever got me checked in and was very kind! He answered all our questions and our friend’s, who was staying in a different room. He did not get annoyed that we were asking the same questions because we couldn’t hear 😂.10/10 on the customer service! The only “complaints” were that the beds were a little hard and when we turned the heater on it smelled funny? Not sure why but it went away after it had run for a bit. Other than that, the hotel was amazing! And the pool was actually a pretty good size compared to other places we were looking at. I was very impressed with this hotel and would definitely recommend them for your stay in or around Midwest City!

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in in Oklahoma. Such great staff and an immaculate room (the best pillows). The bathroom was super clean and really nice. They even provide you with bathroom supplies if you are to forget your own at home. Absolutely recommend staying if you're in the area. I will for sure stay again when in the area! Thank you

Really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was very well kept. Beds are very comfortable and clean sheets. Are suite was clean and really spacious. Had a big screen tv, mini fridge, and microwave. The jacuzzi was really nice and enough room for two people. The only complaint I had was not having a full breakfast due to covid.

The place was clean, the breakfast was good, but what really got it it's 5 star rating would be because of the overnight front desk guy that I apologize for not knowing his name. All other holiday inn express' that I have stayed at all had credit card machine for the laundry. This one does not and I did not pack enough pants. Also, I had zero cash. This gentleman gave me $3 out of his pocket just so I could do laundry. Above and beyond service and hospitality here.

P.s. I did pay him back the following night. Lol

We stayed here 4 nights. Breakfast was awesome every morning. The staff was great! Hotel was CLEAN and the beds were amazing. Tons of pillow choices. And the hotel was extremely close to Tinker AFB, we could be at the gate in minutes!

The staff here are friendly and efficient. This is the most well maintained and clean hotel I have stayed in in years.

The stay was unbelievable! Looking for a place that the staff are super nice, breakfast is great and free, beds are comfortable, and of course the shower is the best. My family and I stayed...called ahead to inform them that we needed a crib. Guess what was waiting for us when we opened the door...yes crib ready to go! Never go anywhere else. Thanks.

Very nice and clean room. Breakfast has definitely been slimmed down from other locations which is disappointing.

The showers have good water pressure.

Check in was breeze with no wait.

The rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable. They've got an indoor pool and hot tub but their not letting anyone use the hot tub due to what's going on right now. They don't have their continental breakfast right now which is upsetting.
