Delta Hotels by Marriott Midwest City at the Reed Conference Center

We attended a dance convention and banquet for our daughter this past weekend. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From the moment you arrive and are greeted by Rachel and Susan you feel like a VIP. They’re warmth and professionalism was an unexpected wonderful experience.The bartender at the restaurant was wonderful. Eugene and the banquet staff were also wonderful and amazing. Everyone serving at the banquet had a smile and was eager to help with any needs. The appetizer buffet was gorgeous and delicious. All in all we were beyond impressed with the staff at this hotel and conference center and look forward to the next time we get to stay. 10 stars!

I really am not one to leave reviews but I felt like it was necessary. We stayed here for my daughter’s dance convention she attended and this place had the kindest staff. Mark at the front desk was such a nice person and took so much pride in his work and the lady at checkout this morning was so kind as well. I thinks Rare these days and we had a great experience at this hotel. The hotel is very well kept and clean and the beds were comfortable!

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Workout room was great, loved the treadmill! They have a water filler in the room as well. Rooms are very nice and modern (love the renovation as I've been to this hotel for several years).

Staff was wonderful, rooms were really nice and cozy. Gym was large with lots of different equipment and good food. Will definitely stay at this hotel if I’m in the area again.

Sabrina at the bar was super friendly and was definitely very skilled at her drinks. She was very polite when a guest asked about a salad that comes with a meal and even though I over heard the guest say some not so nice things Sabrina turned their frowns upside down and resolved the issue.

What a great experience. Had a fantastic guest service agent check us in yesterday and did all he could to accommodate us with a fully booked hotel. We had a reservation for 1 room, and needed another but he found a work around. Hotel is lovely, clean and has everything you need for a stay away from home.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and I have not been disappointed either time with the staff, food are rooms. The hotel staff are all very friendly. They all greet you when you’re walking in when you’re leaving when you’re getting off the elevator just really friendly overall. The Delta pantry on the fifth floor is always well-stocked with snacks, full-size candy bars, and drinks. There’s lots of parking if you’re traveling with a larger vehicle, or in my case, a trailer. It’s definitely worth the stay if you are passing through Oklahoma City.

We loved this hotel. Rooms were clean and up-to-date. Helen working the front desk was awesome. She was working late the night of our arrival and early the next morning of our departure. Despite having a short window of rest, she was still extremely pleasant and provided great customer service. She needs a raise!

This hotel is after big renovation. Inside all looks new and nice. Very modern guest hall and bar. Probably not all the work are yet finished as I saw some workers and Wi-Fi still named Sheraton. As Titanium member I got very nice welcome gifts set and access to the lounge on 5th floor. The lounge is small and not designed to sit there, but it offers a great choice of snacks and beverages, and it has good coffee machine that makes espresso and late. There was one moment when I was thinking to remove one star: when I first time was going to take a shower I realized that water was barely warm. But after I left water running for 10 minutes, it became warmer and after another 5 minutes water was running hot. I presume this is consequence of ongoing renovation. Overall my stay was good. There is a covered parking that kept me car out of direct sunlight during these hot days

Practically every day of 2023 brings new revelations that appear to tie Joe Biden to foreign bribery schemes. Watch revelations on a really big screen in a cozy room at the Delta. The staff and hotel are excellent. The "big guy" would be proud if Hunter found such a bargain.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Everything was clean; the remodel looks awesome. The team working was very friendly. The outdoor space was great for our dogs (could use some sprucing up, not bad but they have been undergoing a huge remodel so I understand it may be next on the list). The free break was great. My only other suggestion may be to stock the bar a little more. The space is excellent for having great drinks…just needs a little bit more attention. Everything was better than expected. Thanks all!

I stayed here with my daughter during the Women's College World Series weekend and staff were extremely helpful during a sold out weekend. Can't thank them enough for making everything easy and supporting all the softball families. From my booking with Sales Manager Jennifer Smith, to the friendly and helpful front desk staff that were able to accommodate a couple of special requests even when they were stretched thin - thank you!

Shout out to Helen who is the most patient lady at the front desk managing check in during this busy weekend - while also addressing any other guest concerns or requests. Helen is the perfect host that manages grumpy travelers well!

I'm not sure why there are negative reviews for this hotel. We stayed here the night the hotel officially transitioned from the Sheridan to Delta. I had nothing less than an excellent experience here. Gia at the front desk was incredibly helpful and gave us some vouchers for celebrating our anniversary! Andrew from the breakfast staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for the food I ordered to go! The breakfast food was delicious... Much better than what you'd expect from a hotel. The poil is heated to 80°, which is one of the warmest pools I've experienced at a hotel. The hot tub was 🔥🔥!!!

The blinds only go up a foot, no view. The blinds are not rolling up properly.

Great experience at this location. Quiet and comfortable. Great service when checking in. Highly recommend you take advantage of Marriot Bonvoy rewards system.

They have really stepped. Things up love all the remodeling they have done. Nice bar and breakfast food as well as dinner.

My room was clean! Staff was very friendly! I did not want for anything! Definitely would stay there again
