Hampton Inn Oklahoma City-I-40 East (Tinker AFB)

Staying here for a couple of days for work and by far one of the best Hilton properties at its price.

The manager that works the evening shift is really thorough and amazing at his job. I checked in with him when I first arrived my first night, but didn’t even need to as I had already checked in on the app and got my digital key.

On my last night here, when I stepped outside (just a few minutes ago as of this review), I saw him checking the parking lot to make sure everything was safe snd secure. Since I have a work van with many tools in it, it’s good to know he is checking to make sure no one is up to no good.

Besides that, the room was extremely clean and quiet, so I know the housekeeping is on top of their game as well.

The breakfast is the usual for Hampton Inn, but it was definitely the freshest breakfast I’ve had so far (even at 9am) and all the employees I came across said good morning and were really nice.

Only complaint for me was the bed is a bit on the firmer side for my liking, but that is just my preference.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn! This place is exceptionally clean and peaceful, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. It also offers a delicious breakfast that adds to the overall great experience. We truly enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast options during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This was one of our stays during your cross country drive back home from the West coast to the East coast. This hotel was right off the interstate. The room was very nice and clean. We stayed in multiple hotels and this was the best of them all. The bed was not the most comfortable but loved the pillows. The shower had amazing water pressure and very good heat. Breakfast was mediocre and nothing to talk about. Well except the waffle maker had 2 types of batters. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, very clean. We had an issue with the AC they upgraded us immediately, Alex and Jasmine were very accommodating. Great customer service. Housekeeping is constantly cleaning everything. Great stay, will be back for sure!!!!!

When I arrived I was exhausted from a long/busy day. I was greeted and checked in by Jasmine who is absolutely AMAZING! From her genuine demeanor to accommodating my special requests, she left nothing to be desired. It didn’t take me long to realize that I made the right choice for my stay in OKC. Along with Jasmine, Kathy at the front desk and the lady who was in the dining area for breakfast were helpful & warm.

Awesome staff, felt safe & secure when returning late at night. We loved the ambiance of the hotel it was very welcoming..

The front desk clerk was extremely friendly very helpful. Sign me up for rewards so I can save a little bit of money. The amenities were very nice. They have a swimming pool and a very large lounge area with comfortable seats and TV etc. Also had a very nice place to buy necessities and microwavable food etc. The rooms were gorgeous. Very modern. comfortable beds. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, ironing. Anything you could need. Very quiet. I felt safe leaving my truck out front in the parking lot, and extra parking for semi trucks

This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Wasn't sure what to expect but was very happy staying here. New carpet and fresh remodel I think.
Breakfast was good and the type of blinds that are used kept the room almost pitch black in the middle of the day which is important to me since I sleep in hotels mainly in the daytime. I loved all the small touches this hotel had such as the random pictures on all the door # plates. I could go on but will say I look forward to staying here again.

We stayed last summer. Got 2 rooms at they was adjoining . My kids and grand kids loved it. Breakfast was great. People were so friendly and helpful. I will stay at a Hampton every chance I get because it is a little pricey. But we all loved the stay.

Our family of three stayed there two nights in October 2022. Once on our way to Albuquerque and once on the way home. Both stays were excellent. The rooms were clean and quiet. A good selection of restaurants were nearby. Jasmine was the manager on duty the morning of the 11th. She greets everyone very cheerfully with a smile and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is good. We would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

This location should be held up as a model to all other Hampton Inns. It was spic and span, and I cannot praise the staff at this location anymore highly They were friendly, accommodating, went the extra mile, and just did such a fantastic job during our stay. In particular, I’d like to call out the front desk team, Linda and Jasmine. They should be acknowledged for their outstanding work.

The hotel was clean. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety every day and tasted yummy. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Our room was fantastic. The entire hotel was very clean and orderly, and smelled nice. The lady who did breakfast was also very polite and thorough. Overall a great hotel stay. Thanks Hilton and Hampton Inn!

Alex at the front desk is super great at his job, professional, and really knows how to handle things. He is ecellent at customer service.

Jasmine, one of the managers, is also an excellent employee and is representative of what the Hilton standard should truly be like.

It's been a couple years since I've been able to give a Hilton property a good review. In general, across America, the company's quality of customer service has become so sub-par... it's like Hilton went from being one of the best hotel chains to the worst in a very rapid time, over these last couple years... but I'm pleased to be able to report Alex and Jasmine have redeemed the Hilton company for me. I am grateful for all their assistance & support during my stay. It felt good to be treated well as an American consumer and hotel guest, for the first time in a long time.

Beyond that, the rooms at this property are immaculately clean, the housekeeping staff is always smiling and curteous, and I felt safe and comfortable staying here.

Thanks so much to this hotel, for bringing back what every Hilton property should be like.

Great stay, friendly staff, clean rooms and enough towels in room. Jackie the breakfast hostess was #1 Amazing!! Everything was full and clean. Jackie greated guests and was continually cleaning tables all with a smile.

Great place to stay overall, I had no complaints or issues from my stay. The staff was nice, the rooms where nice and clean and the place was quite. Not much more I could ask for from a hotel like this.

The rooms are clean which is a must. I think it must be older as it has a few updates but there is only one elevator and it struggles a bit. With this being said, we run a little hot, my only suggestion is it would help if the fans either circulated constantly or if you could set the thermostat to go lower than 66 or 67. We woke up quite early and hot. The staff is sweet and willing to help with any need especially since we aren't from around here. Safe area to stay on business or just passing through for singles, couples or families. There are a few restaurants that deliver or DoorDash is available if like us you are just too tired to get back in the traffic.

Good location, well kept and maintained, offered easy access to all the things I was there to see.

Although we live in town, my brother and I arranged for our parents to spend the night here due to a power outage.
The location for travellers is excellent. Right off I-40, 5 minutes from I-35, and about 10 minutes to downtown Scissortail Park, Bricktown, and the Paycom Center. The hotel itself is clean and modern-the room had a barn door to the bathroom! The temperature in the room was easily controlled, important in Oklahoma heat. I noticed a nicely appointed fitness room, an indoor pool. Continental breakfast is offered. We didn't stay for that, but the hall was filled with the smell of fresh coffee at 5 am-my Dad appreciated that! Jasmine and Alex were excellent in helping arrange the room-they made check in a snap, and handicap parking was nearby-important as our 90 year old Dad utilizes a wheelchair (Thanks Jasmine and Alex!). Price was far better than anything downtown. We'll definitely book here anytime we can't stay at home.

I don’t often give a budget hotel a huge review but there are exceptions.

This hotel while modest in appearance packs a positive stay experience punch. The staff are what made the experience a plus. Check in was done by two desk clerks professionally, and in professional attire. Very helpful and informative. The lobby was clean and so were the lobby bathrooms. The rooms while not overly spacious were well-equipped. The bathroom had planty of room and the shower-tub had LOTS of pressure and hot water.

The breakfast. Sammy and Ayla did the breakfast the weekend our organization stayed in the hotel. Not only did they open it early - they were attentive to how the area was stocked rapidly refilling everything and engaged the guests. I was very impressed at how well they maintained the dining area making their responsibility the “cherry on the top” for our stay.

We’ll definitely be back again and this will be our only call, even if we have to drive out of the way to stay here.
