Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Midwest City Tinker AFB

First stay was a little disappointing because of the room cleanliness but decided to give it another go. Second stay was much better even tho I'm paying almost $30 more for the same type of room which I don't understand. But overall experience is a good one. Will recommend in the future.

I stayed here before and the service was a Lil awkward because they trouble when I used my cashapp card but now when I checked in last night I used my chime card and it went thru and the night staff was very nice and she knew I stayed before so everything was wonderful I got me some good rest etc I was also wondering how do I receive my points even tho I stayed here before and wht do I need to do to relieve my points....

I’ve been coming here every year since I was 11/12 years old and have continued coming with my kids for spring break we call it our mini vacation so we can relax and forget all stress and kids can swim but I’ve gotta say Chris at the front desk Mel from house keeping and the guy that cooks the breakfast are super super fantastic they go above and beyond to make your stay an awesome experience not to mention my son dropped his phone in the drain thing outside we asked everybody to help and no luck until we ran into to Mel this house keeper she went outta her way to make sure to help get his phone out and because of these 3 amazing employees we will continue to keep coming back!!!!’

We enjoyed our stay the gentleman at the front desk I believe Chris was his name was super super helpful the gentleman that does the breakfast bar was super polite and helpful the house keeping staff was good but I believe Mel was the housekeeper we had the last night we was there made sure we had everything we needed and was so friendly we will most definitely be staying here when we come back to okc.

Hotel seems dated, but was very clean. The bed was fantastic. Chris at the front desk is GREAT! Super nice, accommodating, and just all around pleasant!
Would definitely stay here again.

We traveled here for a family weekend getaway. The staff were friendly, breakfast was decent, the room was spacious, and there was an indoor pool for the kids to enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future. The highway is just right out front, and there is a walmart just minutes away. For us, it's the perfect location and not far from most places we like to travel to.

The room was bigger than I expected with a lot more amenities as well. It was quiet and I wasn't bothered at all.

I gotta say, what made me love my stay was the hospitality. Donesha was beyond accommodating. I've had some good service but she definitely made me feel welcome. Hotel was quiet and charming for a quick stay.

This was a great hotel to stay in for our vacation. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was amazing. They served eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, pancakes, bagels, cereal, & yogurt. The staff were all friendly as well. The pool was heated! It was also well maintained. We will be back soon!

I'm always at Hawthorne. They're helpful. The foods fresh and fire to be honest. My kids love the indoor pool and it's always just friendly

Great Customer Service as I entered and assistance at that time of morning about a bit after 2am 06/10/23. The room was nice, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was hot fresh and tasty. At leaving I noticed I had a charge for movies that I never used and when asking Customer service he kinda sem uninterested in my concern on my bill. I asked should I wait for a Manager he stated no. Inspite the misunderstanding on my Bill it was corrected and I appreciate them following up in a timely manner.

I was moving across the country, coming in late at night with my wife, and her brother & sister in-law. Chris was working at the desk, when we called ahead, and he saved us a couple of rooms. I believe that he could sense that we were weary travelers. Anyhow, he made it possible for us to roll in, quickly check in, and get to our rooms, which were very nice. Chris provided excellent customer service, above and beyond, which is hard to find these days...
Especially at 11:30 pm.

This hotel was great!! My room was spacious and clean. But the bed... It stole the show... I had the best night's sleep I've had in years!! Breakfast was also great!! They had many choices and it was delicious.

Staying at this place for a couple days while mom recovers from cancer treatment. They have a big walk in bathroom and walk in shower so she can take her walker in with her and retain a little independence. The bed is big and has plenty of pillows to keep her comfortable. The kitchenette area has a microwave and mini fridge with a little freezer space. That was important for mom so she could keep her scoop of ice cream frozen until she felt well enough to eat it. There are plenty of light sources so I can sit in the living room area and read until mom needs me. I fell asleep in the chair and although not ideal, was not the worst experience. The staff knocked on the door to see if we needed anything and were overall very nice. Breakfast is served from 6:30am to 9:30am. They have a variety of options so I brought mom cereal, boiled eggs, juice, and a bagel. They also had eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, apples, and coffee

Nice rooms. The breakfast is a real breakfast. So refreshing to see a precovid style food buffet. The pool is salt water and well maintained. You are close to everything okc has to offer.

Tracy is the absolute best person. Her crew is phenomenal. They took the best care of me while I was staying with them. They were there for me when I was having trouble with finding a place to live in the area. Very military friendly place. Everyone is welcomed with a warm smile and given respect.
