I had my water heater and heat went out a week apart. Beeline sent out repair men for each extremely quickly and worked efficiently to get the repair done.

Technicians were great, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Thank goodness they are available on Saturday. AC not working in 100⁰ weather is important. Service guy was friendly and solved the plugged up condensation drain problem and we were cooling quickly. Our new and more available plumbers. Thanks so much.

My heater went out on Christmas day, I didn't know until I got home. I called Bee-Line early on Monday and they got back to me the same day letting me know they would get me scheduled asap, they were able to get here on Wednesday and Patrick was quick and professional. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix right then, he also told me that my blower needed replaced as soon as I could and gave me an estimate.

Hoss was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very quick in contacting me even though it was a weekend call. Once he arrived he was prompt in his work and had us fixed right away.

Awesome experience overall with the Bee Line team. They had someone out to our place within an hour on a Sunday. Patrick got to work quickly and had us back up and running ASAP.
