Staff was amazing and friendly. Selection was good as I was able to find what I needed. My advice would be for the store to move elsewhere as this is a poor location for business.

The ladies were so helpful to this first time shopper. A senior citizen who had no idea what size to wear. They know what they are doing and really went out of their way to help me find the best choices for me. I was also impressed with the “after the sale” options and free shipping to my home. The $20 off $50 coupon came in handy as well.

The wife says she rates it 100. It seems hit or miss with the brand. They are either ridiculously expensive and very high quality or very reasonably priced and very high quality. Buying what's on sale is a good deal for things that with last my wife a while, are comfortable, and a nice surprise. Never thought I'd have a Victoria's secret credit card. But the employee's are kind, helpful.

I picked this place because my daughter said the item would last a long time, other shoppers said the same thing. The girls were friendly, knowledgeable, and found exactly what I was looking for. I ended getting more then what I went in for but according to other shoppers I made a great choice. I seen other things I'd like but will get later.

Tamera was the best!!! My lady and I had just came from Kohl's where we had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. So when we came into Victoria's Secret we had our guards up. Tamera was very helpful. She was able to accomplish everything the woman at Kohl's wasn't able to do. Not only did she provide Great customer service but she was able to reverse the negative energy that we received from Kohl's allowing us to have a great rest of our day!

They just opened their brand new VS & PINK Store as of last night. I just happened to go there to shop and noticed their grand opening. Their stores look great! And I’ve never been helped in a Store more in my life than I was last night! I had a manager who really cared size me and several other employees (Sarah, Natalia, Alexis) did everything to make me feel important. The only thing I didn’t care for was the extremely rude and LOUD bossy blonde at the register. She wasn’t nice at all and when she tried to be, it came off as so fake. All in all, I was very impressed with the store, the gorgeous dressing rooms, & the one on one attention the employees gave. I will definitely be back!

Me and my family went here in Lawton, Oklahoma. Ayana helped us and was very patient with us. She made sure we had everything we needed!!

I love this place too bad they can't reopen the one in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Love the store, merchandise and the girls who work there. They are always helpful and kind.
