Went to the Mall on MLK day to get some clothes for an upcoming trip. The staff in the store were very helpful, and courteous.

I got my problem
resolved today.. Couldn't get my email receipts from the store. I have a receipt for the defective one I returned Mar 2023 and bought another one. Cooks sngle serve coffee maker with water tank. That quit on me and I went to local store and nothing they can or will do without the receipt. I was going to buy another one on sale 2 Oct. I go in before the sale and every one of them is gone. I spoke to a manager and she said they were all pulled off the shelf because they were told to pull them. It seems there is a recall and customer service asked me today if I bought the protection plan. I told him no. He said sorry without a receipt just like the local store did. He directed me to the store. I told him I had already been through this with them. Nothing will be done to replace, refund or repair the coffee maker I bought here at Lawton's JC Penney. The instruction manual has phone number for info for warranty info with JC Penney's customer service. They directed me to go to the store.
That coffee makeris not worth $120.00 ever.. The store employees are helpful and courteous but they can't do anything about my defective coffee maker without my receipt. . I bought my last 3 coffee makers from JC Penney. Cooks single serve coffeemaker.with water tank. All 3. JC Penney should be able to pull up receipts for customers in the reward program. I couldn't get my email receipts from the store and warranty info customer service just told me to go back to the store. Employee and managers know I bought it from their store. Someone up there at corporate customer service should be working on this email issue. Ironically someone bought a bra with cash and I got an email receipt for someone else's purchase with my email address. I didn't give anybody my email address so someone at the store didn't verify by name or something. My receipts for my purchases wouldn't come. up. Employee and managers are nice and helpfu. Two people people resolved the pproblem and I got my refund. My thanks to Beate and Debbie.

I went to the hair salon, needing a color fix. Sierra did such a fantastic job. I will definitely be going there for my color, cuts, and all my hair needs from now on. Thank you.

A very nice JC Penny’s, had what I wanted. Not to many of these stores left and my mom wanted to go here to shop. She loves JC Penny’s so she found herself some great deals. I hope JC Penny’s keep a few stores open.

Great help...limited choices but great employees

Didn't have what we were looking for and with the new layout, things were hard to find. One of the salespersons was very nice and polite. The second one, we had to stop her from stocking to ask (only one around, the first one stopped when she saw us). The second was short and I felt like she didn't want to be there.

I ABSOLUTELY love JC Penny. Everything one needs. Especially the holidays are nice.
I love all the new things coming in, more modern merchandise, more sizes, colors, textures, patterns. Definitely a go to place for all my needs. Even new snacks!

I buy clothes for myself and my family . Nice friendly workers who help u if u can't find something . Nice people work there . Clean place & nice clothes , jewelry , makeup , shoes , appliances !!! Good prices to !!! Thankyou Roseanna Tsotigh .

Can I just talk about the setup and ease of access of this store? I absolutely adore they have a sephora inside here. The parking is plenty, the salon is a great size as is the rest of the store. I wish kids shoes was bigger but I got side trackers anyways by the great sephora and clothing departments. I would recommend this place if you're in the area and looking to kill time or purchase any wedding items or makeup.

Highly recommend this place. I had Siarra do my hair after the other girl left and she did a great job on grey coverage and cutting my hair as the A- Bob!! Very friendly staff and explains if you have any questions!!

Martha was extremely helpful when I wasn’t sure what shoes to wear with my jacket. The store was all organized and everyone was cool. Martha just went above and beyond, she’s the only reason for this review.

This is an outstanding JC Penney store. It has been completely remodeled and updated. There is plenty of staff that is ready and willing to help you find anything you need. They are Friendly and helpful. The stores very clean and bright and cheerful. It is very well stocked and has lots of Merchandice to choose from that will fit your needs.

Found what I wanted pretty easy and checkout was quick and I was out of the store and on my way within 45 minutes. Enjoyed my self. Heat to see the store close.

Great prices and Deals the ladies and they were very nice and they helped out my mother greatly I enjoyed being there. If they had small benches there around the store for the older customers to sit that would be great

There's always a great sale going. Due to the fact, we have no Carters near; this makes out perfect for me to shop for our babygirl. Then we kill 4 birds with 1 stone because we can get our sons' clothes there too!

Found great sales on winter wear. Good time to shop for the next season. I saved $83 on the 3item I bought. I love savings like that. So glad that the Lawton JCP is staying open.

I am happy to see that Penney's has come full-circle and is once again the old Penney's we knew and loved. We shopped for next Christmas and saved $374.00 on coats and other apparel for our family. The discounts, clearance racks and coupons are back!! Thanks!
