This is my local go to material shop. Super nice and if you have a sewing question or delimas they will have answers, ideas, and pretty good suggestions. Now if corporate will bring back those sewing classes!

This is the best craft store. I love the fact the employees are so friendly and really know their stuff. Great craft store.

Prices, esp sales, are very good. I made 17 (actually 14..hope to finish them before NEXT CHRISTmas?) tied fleece blankets that I bought on sale for my kids and grandkids last CHRISTmas. Hope to do 10 more for great grandkids this year.

These are the most helpful people. They all have knowledge of the products they sell.
I love that the store is always clean and we'll stocked.
The flow is a little off for me but because they're so knowledgeable and friendly, they will literally take you to exactly what you're looking for if you ask, but you don't have to ask because every person I passed spoke with the greeting of the day and when I looked confused, they would ask me if I needed help finding something.
You really can't find that kind of customer service in many places anymore.

I love going to Jo-Ann's because they have really good sales and I use their app also. I went to get Furniture upholstery. Found some beautiful herringbone to recover part of a sectional that I have got going on. On sale $7 a yard on reduced prices. this is really good for the quality that I got. Clean friendly.

It has been a while since I have been to Joann. It was an awesome experience. Lots of new fabrics I have never seen before. Not that I need anymore fabric, I would have if I had had more time. I will be back next time I'm in town.

Every time I go to the lawton store the staff smiles and you can really tell they enjoy what they do. I have gone in there for multiple projects with my husband , by myself or with my small children & every time they are helpful and aware of there products and customers needs. Please keep smiling when a customer approaches . you don't know how much of an improvement that one smile enhances the experience!

A nice little quiet store, we drove 100+ miles round-trip so my girlfriend could purchase over 200$ worth of yarn for a fraction of the price . . . She crochets lap blankets that she donates to Hospice and being able to save like that is extremely helpful. . .

Love, joanns! Could spend day in the store. Wish they would put in store in wchita falls, TX we need one really bad. I know people would support them. I like the way the clerks ck your purchase to see if it is marked down. Thats very thoughtful of them. Very friendly & helpful. Thanks guys!!

Was a little pricey but had some great stuff that my lil sis got and also my mom's in law had gotten.. walked out $140 lighter than when I went in. Lol all in all, my sis n law and mom's in law were happy so it was well worth it..

I like Jo-Ann's because they have a different selection of products compared too Michael's and hobby lobby. A little expensive, but nice employees.

I like Joanns. Seems like they have a different variety than Hobby Lobby. We go here as much as going to hobby lobby. We love arts and crafts.

Mornings are the best time to shop here. The afternoon crew is usually clueless and can a while if you are looking for a specialty item but everyone is still very nice and willing to help.

Love this store so much! Has everything you need for the crafty person! Somethings are pricey and I found cheaper at Walmart or Amazon. Have lots of unique stuff and even things that are out of season

I was really impressed, excellent prices and I would say they have more than everything. Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff.

Our first visit. I thought it was just fabrics, I had no idea they carried a wide variety of crafts, and gifts. We will definitely be back!
