05/03/2024 Update: Case Number:  2023CP4300146

Hello,

I received a judgement against me in my mother's estate, despite my providing documentation showing that Michael M. Jordan electronically swore under oath that the only amounts ever presented to the family, was the $21,436.45, to all 15 to 16 recipients.  He never provided to the court or my family any evidentiary legal documents that there was a different amount owed to the estate of my momma's estate, despite him citing them.

I also stated that the cases that his law office cited to support his case against me had no bearing in my case, individual irresponsibility rested squarely on the Master of Equity's office as they are supposed to be audited on each and every transaction that takes place under his perview, he did not and has decided to go after the poor for his glaring mistakes in my case.  I am a 100% Disabled Veteran and been declared disabled by Social Security Administration as well, so I have no monies to pay the judgement or to pay for someone to defend me.  So I am poor, along with all of my other family members, easy prey for lawfare to cover-up Mr. Jordan's breach of faith with the people of South Carolina, undermined the faith of the people who rely on the state, and the county to be represented honestly.

I would appreciate it, if I could get anything that you could provide to me to appeal this unfair judgement in my case.  I wish I had never responded to the Courts request to settle my mom's account, I would have left all of it for Mr. Jordan to meet other shortfalls that his office might have in the immediate future.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

This firm is being utilized by Jordan to coerce monies from Probate monies where in his position of Master in Equity for Sumter South Carolina he failed to exercise due diligence in making sure all monies are faithfully audited, recorded and disbursed legally in accordance to the statues provided. To go after family members for monies he did not properly account for and demand through lawfare the return of monies that were lawfully obtained in the probate process, should be deemed illegal. Mr. Jordan in his capacity of Master in Equity for Sumter South Carolina, calls from his personal law office instead of the Probate Court's office when corresponding to me. Dirty compromised lawyer and firm, Amateur's in Equity should be his title.

I hired Mr Jordan to represent me during a pool construction claim. My initial meeting with Michael was towards the end of the statue of repose for the pool contract, which Michael never informed me about. Instead he advised me to try resolve case through a letter to contractor, which went on for a few months. As it became evident that the contractor was not going to make good on issues, Michael put together a plea and filed our case with court. I was in the process of hiring a forensic engineering firm to discuss my case and they questioned the time and statue of repose and advised me to speak with Michael about it. When I asked Michael about this, he stated that he didn't feel this would be an issue and that he could overcome it based on his experience. The case was dismissed eventually, the judge ruled that we had missed the deadline for the statue of repose. I asked Michael for a refund of my fees paid since he essentially blew the case. He merely offered me a 50% refund or the opportunity to go to mediation. I countered with a refund offer request of just over 75% to which he said he needed to consult with his attorneys. He has been consulting with them for well over 50 days and when I emailed to ask what is going on with my refund he simply states to be patient and that he will get back to me.

Additionally, during my time with him as a client, he never provided me with an invoice of time spent while working on my case so at the end he actually gave me a bill for an additional 50% more than I had provided in my retainer.
I would highly recommend not using him or his firm based on my experience.
