Bobby was awesome! He spent a lot of time assisting us with our mattress purchase. He was so thorough, knowledgeable, and patient as we were undecided. He gave us so many options without being pushy and seemed genuinely concerned with our purchasing what we wanted, needed, and could afford. Plus, he was just a really nice and sincere guy. We left feeling happy about the mattress and adjustable base we are having delivered. They are going to set it all up and haul off our old mattresses for a reasonable fee. We highly recommend this store and this salesman.

We got a really great deal and Crystal was awesome!!!! She was so helpful she really went above and beyond to help us. My husband and I both have different health issues so we were looking for the right type of bed that would accommodate both of us, but that was also affordable. We knew we wanted an adjustable base but that's about all we knew, and she really helped us in walking us through all the different beds and end the end the experience was wonderful I had been dreading going for over a week and finally we went and I wish I would have went sooner.

Went in to look and try a few mattresses out. I was set on ordering one online to avoid dealing with sales associates. I was greeted by Crystal Smith, who didn’t let me leave without buying a purple bed with adjustable frame. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to speak with, she even talked me into the sheets and pillow to match. I’m pleased with my experience and look forward to sleeping on my new bed.

Excellent company to do business with. The mattress I purchased 8 year ago from this store was great but starting to sag a bit. I started looking at what was new. The representative at the Soonertown store in Midwest City, OK, Crystal inquired about my old mattress and reminded me of the warranty I still had on it. She showed me how to file a claim online from their website. It was so easy to complete, maybe 15 minutes and uploaded a few photos and submitted. One day later I got an email that my claim was approved.

I don't ever usually give 5 stars, but Crystal was amazing. She wasn't pushy like normal salesman. She helped me exactly what I needed. Even got an amazing discount for their President's Day Sale! Thank you again Crystal for being amazing.

My husband and I went in to purchase a new Purple mattress. Crystal was the person working and she was so helpful, kind, professional, and really on it! She was the only one working and even though there were several people there she made sure that everyone was taken care of. We ended up purchasing a mattress and she made sure that we got the best price and got exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend Crystal to help you and this is the third mattress that we have purchased from Mattress Firm over many years, and so far she is the best and Mattress firm gives you the best price and service for your mattress needs! We will be back for our next mattress! Highly recommend!

I haven't received my mattress yet, but I'm so glad that they have a layaway plan to help people get the mattress they need. The representatives were pleasant and professional. They are educated about the products that they sell.

I went to the store in Midwest City Oklahoma and this girl Crystal was amazing! I had been looking for a specific pillow all day and getting frustrated because I went to many businesses and nobody knew what I was talking about and Crystal knew what I was talking about with me just saying three words to explain what I was looking for and she immediately pulled up a picture and knew exactly what I was talking about completely amazing! She was a lifesaver and she saved my sanity. She sent me the link and I purchased the pillow i had been looking for after I left the store. Thank you so much Crystal!!

Had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Midwest City. Sales rep Kambrea was super thorough and very low pressure. Answered all of our questions both in store and after we left. Would definitely recommend if you’re not quite sure what you want and don’t want to be hounded by high pressure sales reps.

Crystal was very informative and professional. She didn’t try to sell us more than we needed. She listened to us and understood our needs and the price point we wanted to be at.

I would recommend shopping there to anyone.

Pretty business, today. Crystal was very helpful. I had been in a few days earlier and was helped by David. I was on an informational trip. After discussing what David had suggested with my husband I came back to purchase.

Salesperson showed us several mattresses and explained the features of each. She was very helpful, professional and helped us find what we wanted in our price range.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this Mattress Firm location. It was the "At Home" experience that made me decide to move forward with buying a mattress from there. The store was clean and didn't make you feel strange walking in. Crystal was amazing. The way she makes you feel like family really made the experience comfortable and hassle free. If you are looking to buy a mattress anytime soon, think about going to the Sooner and 29th street location. Ask for Crystal! You won't be disappointed. By the way....for all of my active duty Military and Vets, this store does give a Military Discount!
