Ricks Superior Service

The check engine light in my car came on and automatically think the worst, I called Rick's to talk to them. They told me I could drop my car off the same day and had answers to me by that afternoon, I was quoted a fair and reasonable price for my water pump to be replaced. Ever since then my car has ran absolutely magnificent. If Ever I have work done I will be taking it back there! The man at the front desk to help me and made sure that everything was taken care of was so nice.

My go-to for all my car repair and maintenance needs. Honest, fast, friendly, and reliable service. They really do live up to the 'Superior Service' part of their name!

I would just like to take the time to show my appreciation to Ricks Superior Service. I had an unexpected, but very important repair that needed to be taken care of on my car. It was very shocking because what I thought needed to be done with the car (something quick, cheap and simple I hoped) ended up being a very dire and expensive repair. I was caught off guard financially, but luckily had just enough to take care of it. They had my car good and ready in a couple of days, but when I went in to pay, Derek quoted me a little lesser price than what he provided me on the phone! I was shocked and confused for a moment, and basically alluded that he was just trying to be nice and give a bit of a discount. I’m sure he could tell how much my bank account would be crying after paying for this service. It was a gesture that stood out to me among many car repair services and it was just SO kind. Both my mother and I and various other family members have been going to Ricks for some time now. And I am happy to say that every visit has resulted in professional and honest service. Thank you Derek and all the mechanics who work at Ricks. You are appreciated.

Traveling across states our water pump went out We had to be towed This repair service was highly recommended by the towing service and for good reason Derrick the manager took care of helping us find a rental and get us back on the road We picked up the fixed car 10 days later He gets the credit but repair guy was very good as well Refreshing experience when we had so many problems

Definitely recommend these guys. found them about a year ago and haven’t had a problem since! Always on time and always have room for more, if you want it done right and want the ability to trust your equipment this is your shop. Hands down

People are always worried about being taken advantage of from mechanics, but this shop you can leave that worry behind. They truly do the right thing and tell you the truth from the start on what's going on and won't take advantage of your pocketbooks. I promise if you come here you won't regret it. They did my catalytic converter, struts, shocks, and wheelbearings. This is the only place I trust for my vehicles and my family and friends. They are professionals from the front of the shop all the way to the mechanics. Feeling truly blessed to have find this automotive shop. Thank you guys!!!!

The dealership had my niece’s car for 3 days and only accomplished a diagnosis in said timeframe. Took the car to Rick’s, late in the day on a Monday. Car was diagnosed, fixed and back in my niece’s possession by Tuesday afternoon (the next day)…and for A HELLUVA LOT better price. Great experience and highly recommend.

I had to take my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe in due to a check engine light that was on. I took it in one day and they replaced the part. The next day the check engine light came on again and I took it back. It was discovered that the part was defective that they put in the day before. They went above and beyond to order a new part and get it fixed for me. The service went well and the staff are very friendly. In comparing prices with other mechanics, this place seems to be honest and I appreciate that. I had a really good experience and will recommend this repair shop to others.

Great service!!! Needed AC services and they evacuated and recharged the system. Ran checks and discovered my condenser fan was bad. Gave me recommendations on where to get one and advice on cleaning the coils often. They let me run the checks with them, so I know they do quality work. I highly recommend Rick's Superior Service for you automotive needs!!

Derek is amazing! He is super helpful and knowledgeable! The crew got us in and out in a timely manner. They had great pricing and great parts!

I got quoted $700 from the dealership and $500 from another mechanic to replace my oxygen sensors, I took my car here and got it done for $400 and within a day of dropping off my car :)

I had to have my cat fixed, they did the diagnostic test told me actually what needed to be done, thye are nice people and honest. And if you go see Derek in the office he is super nice. I highly recommend this place by far for any repairs to your vehicles, my family and I will be going back and they will be our permanent auto mechanic place.

Our car was looked at quickly and given a fair estimate. They even gave us a short term repair to keep us going while we determined what to do. Appreciate the honesty and speed. Will definitely be returning.

They never take advantage of people- many try to take advantage of women and elderly but not Brandon & his team. They always take excellent care of my cars & at fair prices. Im not blindsided with a needed repair no matter the cost, as they tell me when things are starting to show signs of wear. They give me as much time as possible to budget for repairs. I refuse to take my cars to any other mechanic because I know Brandon & his team will always take great care of my cars quickly & efficiently, making sure I'm always safe & never at unfair prices. Brandon is very trustworthy.

Brandon has been so helpful to me! I’ve been in and out of their shop for a weeks now trying to diagnose a problem with my Ford Focus and each time he is so kind and helpful. They don’t give me the run around or try to drain my wallet. I’m really lucky to have found this place, great people, good prices, good solid labor. I will never go to another place!

Amazing. They had my car diagnosed and repaired the same day, and they where cheaper and more honest than other companies where at fixing my car. I am very happy and will tell many others to visit them. If you want it done right, take it to them!

I originally went to Firestone for an alignment and they said my ball joints where shot and were going to charge me 900 to replace them. I went to RSS for a second opinion and these guys were great I dropped my truck off around 9 am they got the alignment done and advised that my Ball joints were fine and i picked my truck up at noon. Skip all those chain tires shops and find somewhere local. These guys are great you wont be disappointed!!! Great price, great service, and great people.

Both times we used RSS, we were very happy with their work and the price they charged.
We will DEFINITELY take our vehicle there again as needed.
