I have to set the record straight! Had a manager call me up, first of all to apologize for what I had experienced with the service department. (Which I will not mention again). But they really made up for that hiccup! Secondly he ask me what would it take to make me happy, I just needed for my truck to get detailed and that they did. That thing looks absolutely amazing. They said other customers were asking is this truck for sale. Sadly no it's my baby! But most importantly they made everything right with me, and I appreciate it! Thanks Hudiburg Chevrolet MWC.👍🏾👌🏾💯

Richard Burrows is great. He takes care of all your needs in a timely matter. He's really sweet and understanding of your needs. We'll be keeping any future repairs for the car in his car.

I showed up late for an appointment and they were still able to get my truck in for an oil change.

Had routine service work performed on my Silverado today, no problems. My service advisor was Bryan and I must say he understands what good customer service means! From going over the warranty info on my truck, to helping me with some adjustments on my tire rims, he was on top of it. Most important was the sincere effort to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks Bryan.

Devon was very helpful in getting the parts needed and coordinating the installation as well. We drive an older Chevy and after the Mechanic was finished, it runs like a charm! It is very much appreciated during these hot, July days!

My wife and I had a great experience here! I will say though that it was in large part to working with Will Jackson. He was incredibly helpful and willing to work with us. I like working with salesman who don’t just read the sticker options to me but actually have an idea of what the vehicle is capable of and is enthusiastic about the features. He kept me in the loop when we were haggling over the numbers and went to bat for me as the buyer. He went the extra mile for us when needed. He was also very considerate of the fact that I had my wife and kids with me and that we needed to speed the process along. Loved getting to know him and working with him. I will 100% be working with him for our future vehicle purchases.

I walked in without an appt, with my suburban over heating and losing antifreeze. They were able to get ke in and out in less than 5 hours. They were fast, efficient and very customer service friendly. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. Always get my truck serviced here. Forest helped me recently with a insurance claim for my wheel. He couldn't have been nicer and he went out of his way to keep me informed during the entire process. Best service department in the city!!!
