Randye is a magician! Instantly helped me with shoulder mobility and the whole Per4mance staff has helped with knowledge in a knee issue! So thankful for them and the service they provide.

Not only a fun atmosphere but a great place to get treatment and share some jokes and stories along the way. Randye not only is very short, sassy and fun but she is very knowledgeable in her craft and I was feeling the best I had in years after a shoulder injury. They also give tons of at home options and do check ins to keep us on track.

Performance Therapy has helped me so much! Kelly, my therapist is absolutely amazing and I would not be where I am today with out her constant support and drive to push me both physically and mentally. She is attentive, knowledgeable and will work with YOU! She has just the perfect amount of pressure to pour on you, but listens and responds to your needs! Thank you Kelly!

Kelly was amazing! She took the time to explain what each exercise was for and the importance of doing them on a regular basis. She was very accommodating of my schedule. By the end of my therapy I was as good as new and the pain in my hip was gone! If I ever need physical therapy again, there's no question, I will be seeing Kelly at Performance.

Been going here for all of my PT needs. Today Amy started my therapy and it was good with Cody finishing it up and the finally was a dry needling by Randye, she nailed the knot and released the tightness. Going to start training with Cody today also. . I highly recommend these folks

I have Been going to Per4mance for about a year and a half now hit or miss. I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 32 with a double mastectomy, reconstruction and radiation damage to deal with, has left me with some complicated issues. The entire team has been exceptional but Kelly has a way of pushing me just the right amount. She has to put her thinking cap on quite a bit when it comes to me and how to help me and she never fails to disappoint, I trust her completely. I would Recommend this facility to anyone, it’s about the only thing that gives me relief from my radiation fibrosis!

Performance Physical Therapy is the best! I had back surgery, had a blood clot which required additional surgery as well as infection that required 2 more operations. I could not stand for very long or walk without the assistance of a walker or wheelchair. All the therapist here work with you for your entire appointment. They give you exercises to do at home that are reasonable and helpful. Office staff is awesome and truly make you feel like family. I cannot say enough positive about Performance. I know I made the best choice coming here!

Per4mance is great! They have helped me with various issues before and after surgery. Kelly is the best!!! She is not only knowledgeable but truly cares about her patient’s well-being. Listen to her and you will be on the road to recovery in no time.

They're good at what they do, very accommodating to your health issue. The staff was always pleasant and jovial. I could go there feeling bad and leave feeling better. If something caused pain they didn't want you to do it, soreness was okay pain wasn't. Getting back on the road was a little dangerous to me, sure would have been nice to have a back way out.

Kelly, PTA is wonderful! I completed my therapy after shoulder surgery. She is very motivating and has a great personality!!!

Per4mance treated me for nagging neck pain as a result from Ironman Triathlon training. Randye treated me. Randye has top level knowledge and skill of equipment to handle your problems and get you back on the training schedule or back to a pain free life. Randye will not cut corners and speed you through the process. Instead she will handle your case with care and precision. I will be going back.

I can't say enough good things about my experience here so far. Sarah is wonderful. I've made more progress in 4 sessions than in 15 sessions elsewhere!

Was in a bad place with back and neck. They were able to get my back and necked loosened up and helped me become pain free without having surgery. They also taught me how to properly stretch so I can sustain long term results. They were caring considerate and made the visits very enjoyable!

I have gone through 3 different facilities for Physical Therapy for months at a time. I have been working with Brent and his team for 2 weeks and I have had life-changing results. Honestly, I went to my first appointment expecting the same routine and little results! Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! Brent incorporates innovative ideas and methods for the chronic pain in my neck and shoulders. He uses a combination of dry needling with tins unit, deep tissue massage, cupping, heat, and exercises I can do at home. I have never had such a drastic improvement in my quality of life in such a short time like this.
He and his team are well versed in what they do and the methods that work for their patients! I am so thankful I have found physical therapy that works with Brent and his team.

Brent and his staff are incredible! I have been for back and neck pain and my teenage daughter has been for various sports injuries. Not only is Brent a wealth of knowledge for how the body works and recovers but he takes the time to educate you about it so that you can understand the "how" and "why". The entire staff here will spend individual time with you showing that they truly care about your recovery and wellness. 5 stars doesn't do justice to how much we appreciate Per4mance Physical Therapy!

I have been treated for neck issues related to military deployment, hip and leg issues from exercise, and now assistance in recovery from a major surgery- each time I had a full recovery I credit to Per4mance.

From the time you enter the door you feel like your at a cousins house. From the jokes to the conversation you don't realize the exercises you're doing are helping you. But, day after day, week after week, they fix you. Brent and Kelly know what they are doing and that really shows. They help you mentally and physically. I recommend them for your rehabilitation needs.

I have been in and out of physical therapy at Per4mance for years due to various injuries, and I will never go anywhere else! Brent and his team will make you feel at ease, answer any question you can come up with, and tailor treatment around any issue you can throw at them. I always know that I’ll be well taken care of and usually pretty entertained on PT days 😊
