Dr. Lack Deserves a 10-Star Rating!! The new office is Spacious and Beautiful!! The staff were friendly nice and welcoming!! I called and left a voice message on Sunday night. I received a phone call first thing Monday morning and I was scheduled for my appointment on Tuesday. Cut and Dry!! Dr. Lack rendered excellent services for my dental care!! Even more so, he gave me my Beautiful smile back!! Thank you so much, Dr. Lack!! If you desire prompt delivery of quality services, I highly recommend this “organized” team of oral care professionals.

Dr. Lack is a kind, caring dentist. Although I saw Dr. Roberts for years and really grew comfortable with his care, I am happy with Dr. Lack's professionalism and expertise. He is awesome. I’ve been using TLC Dental for a couple of years now and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The hygienist who did my cleanings has moved on and the new hygienist, Emma, was wonderful. Dr. Roberts has done a filling for me and also a crown. All went smoothly and he did a great job with both. The permanent crown was made right there, so didn’t have to make a return trip. I highly recommend TLC.

I was seen at my appointment time with minimum waiting time. Whitney was great by explaining everything to me with details. X-rays were taken at my chair and the process was easy. My cleaning was conducted very thoroughly and I immediately felt the difference. I would recommend TLC to my momma!

I have never been so pleased! I have been to many dentists for problems and all they ever wanted to do was pull my tooth and send me on my way. Never took the time to discuss my options. Dr. Lack was patient and caring. He saved my tooth by doing a root canal and it was very close to not being salvageable. He made me feel like the only patient there and that he genuinely cared about me and my dental health. I don't have insurance so the way they went over pricing and plans with me was so re assuring as well. Rachel, who helped him was amazing! She made me feel the same way he did. She actually listened to me and cared! It was like she was my friend that I've known forever! I will continue to give this office my business, no matter the out of pocket cost! Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!

My experience with TLC dental was great! The staff and the dentist were all friendly and exhibited sufficient people skills and prompt services during my visit. The atmosphere was very clean and administrative staff are beautiful young ladies who possessed a sense-of-humor and excellent communication skills. I highly recommend this dental establishment.
