Planned a trip 2 years in advance, we could never get a response to questions by phone or email. Once at our destination our room was wrong, activities were not booked properly and the activities we did book she marked but 175 dollars higher than the hotel charged... the people that run this place is crooks and we strongly suggest not booking a trip anywhere with them... not even to walmart

This place actually nice enough to meet after hours due to my work schedule, The lady took all our information where we were going to stay and the dates. She told us she would call us the next day with all the deals she could get . She still has not called three weeks later .
