Great place to stay. Excellent price when you consider free parking on premises and free breakfast. (Free chocolate chip cookies too! :-) ) friendly and helpful people at the front desk. Excellent experience. A+++

The young ladies at the Front Desk Amber and Annalise offered me great customer service. This location is very warm and inviting. It's a great location. It's minutes away from several eateries, gas stations and the highway.

The room was nice. It was relaxing and calming.

Keep up the good work. Will definitely come again when I'm in the area.

Unaware of an error with our hotel reservation that occurred with the original booking, Annalise went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was very patient and worked with the American Express representative that was assisting me with my original reservation error. She took the time to help us. She was very professional and very pleasant to work with.

Excellent Pet Friendly Hotel. The hotel was spotless as was our room. Staff was welcoming and genuinely engaged in making our stay the best it could be. Truly exceptional staff! Check in and check out were easy. Breakfast was above the norm for Hamptons. The pet fee was on the generous side at $75 for 1-4 days, but on very short notice they had a room and welcomed our canine travelling companion. The area is quiet and safe.
An excellent choice if you are travelling with a pet....or not.

Excellent getaway gem. Every employee was cheerful, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was yummy, snacks were a treat. I’ll be back!

Nice hotel for a short stay. Room was clean, air conditioning was too loud. Staff was welcoming and genuinely engaged in making my stay comfortable, especially the young man at Check in was very helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant in front of the hotel was closed.

I wish I could find this level of customer service uniformly across the Hilton brand. Becky was a true standout. From the first contact through checkout, she went above and beyond (in my traveled opinion) to make our stay fit our needs. It didn't stop there. Everyone I met seemed to care. If I could count on this level of true customer service everywhere my travels take me I would exclusively stay at Hilton brands. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Someone with a corner office should take note of this team. This should be the norm with the Hilton brand, not the exception. To Becky, I say thank you. To the managers of this property, I say well done. Even with apparent age this was a very comfortable stay. To Hilton, I say this team deserves attention. I will travel out of my way to stay here again. Solely based on the service.

Maybe it was just because of my super hard and stressful day, but I felt like a well taken care of guest. Despite me being dirty and in old clothes, I was greeted with great enthusiasm and a very attentive front desk. I felt welcome and they asked a good many questions if I was ok. My room was very clean and comfy with a huge TV. After staying in a roach motel the night before it was just wonderful! Breakfast was great too. Well worth the price for the room I would have paid more to be honest. Great job!

Stayed here last night. Great experience by the entire staff…but one person really stood out and that was Evelyn Bobo. She was the breakfast coordinator. There was a softball tournament in town and she did a spectacular job of keeping the place clean and organized. Very lmpressive to watch her work. I will never forget her smile!!

The absolute best hotel stay I have ever had. Everything was very clean. Every single person in the hotel said hello with a smile and made me feel welcome! I checked in frustrated from car troubles and left feeling relaxed and very well taken care of. I did not come across not a one bad person in Clifton, SC ❤ Angela, Shae, Melissa, Theresa, Sarah, and special shout out to Mr. Randy! Y’all run a wonderful establishment and I see myself going out of my way in the future to stay here again!

We stayed here while playing for the state tournament. We had a king room with pull-out sofa. The room was clean. The setup was a little odd with an non-moveable desk in the middle of the floor between the bed and couch on which the TV sat. So you couldn’t be in the bed and pull-out sofa at the same time and watch the TV comfortably. However there was a very large counter upon entering in which there was a sink, micro fridge and plenty of storage space. The bathroom sink and counter was separate from the shower and toilet, which I like. There was also a closet. I did have to ask for enough towels, washcloths, pillows, and blankets for all of us but the lady at the desk each evening was awesome! Her name was Alicia! She was so kind and polite! She was a lot of time the only one working but still managed to handle everything! Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, waffles, grits, oatmeal, pastries and fruit. There was coffee and hot chocolate always readily available. The pool was clean and open. I wish there was air circulation in the elevators though! I always feel claustrophobic in elevators anyway but it’s worse when it’s hot and stuffy. Overall though the experience was great! Nearby was a Fatz, Zaxbys, and Arbys. Great place to stay!

Our room was very clean it was very nice. The lobby was very nice and clean. We will stay here again. Staff very friendly and kind. Keep doing what your doing. The shower was awesome.

Really nice hotel and super nice staff. We used this as a replacement hotel to our normal stay in Greenwood SC, but Duke Energy staff had that one full. This was only about 20 mile away, but we are so glad we stayed with the Hampton Inn family. Very consistent with other Hampton's as it is very clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing.

I have stayed at this hotel on business both short term and long term. I have always been treated with the same courtesy and kindness from the staff even when they didn't recognize me as a regular customer. Coming from a traveler, that is very refreshing. From the general manager to the kitchen staff and especially the staff at the front desk I have found them all to be not just professional but friendly and happy to go out of their way to meet any special requests or needs of their customers. The hotel itself includes all of the best amenities that Hampton Inns of this size offers but without a great staff, none of that would mean much....

I highly enjoyed my stay at this location. This hotel was recently renovated so most things feel brand new. The bedroom/bathroom feels spacious in the standard size rooms so I'd assume the suites they offer feel massive. I would definitely stay here again.
