This is home for me. Reminds me to my first gym that I started my journey. There’s still room for improvement. However what you are not doing with a light weight you ain’t going to do it with the heavy. The equipment doesn’t make you growth, your knowledge is what determines your results.

Traveled to Lawton for a few days. Found this place, was able to show up as a guest on Saturday and Sunday. Super friendly staff! Great gym for anyone looking to do serious lifting with free weights or power lifting or just get an intense workout in.

I love this gym. The only problem I have is that since its 24hrs, one person with a memberahip will invite multiple friends inside usually in the evenings and nights. Kinda unfair since i have to pay for my membership and they dont. Im all for the guest pass but i thought that only stood for 1 guest not a whole group of people. I actually wouldn't mind but they're usually punk teenagers and or young adults acting like a fool.

Great staff. Very nice staff and the people who’ve been going there for a while are very helpful when it comes to tips and techniques. Very great community in their gym. I recommend to all. and the staff is like no other.

I got a free 3 day pass. Very large facility and well-kept. I recommend this place. Wish they had longer hours.
