So far..we have had really good experiences in boot barn.. helpful people..great advice and beautiful boots! My husband has found he likes the Durango brand! So far two pairs out the door! Lol thank you! Heidy was very helpful too!

Great customer service. Helped as soon as we walked in. Showed us where the woman's work boots, left us to find a pair my wife liked. But kept checking in to make sure everything was good and we didn't need help.
