My son comes here for boxing class, and personal training. He isn't a boxer but uses the classes to become faster and stay in shape during football off-season. With membership you can use the gym when its open for cardio workout, weight lifting, punching bags and more. Grady is very personal able and greets everyone when he is here and takes an interest in everyone.

You better come ready to work. I came here looking for a healthy hobby and to become more fit. Grady is an outstanding trainer and I highly recommend that anyone who wants to join this gym and is boxing for the first time gets at least a session or two in with him.

This Is a great gym. Good people, good equipment and a great environment. I highly recommend, especially for those stationed at Ft Sill.

Always a wealth of knowledge here, Grady is amazing and this has the most complete boxing inventory and personnel available in the Lawton area.

Cant wait for class today!!!! Mr brewer explained everything to us in perfect detail and the membership fees are reasonable for boxing i really cant wait to start
