It's unfortunate that I feel that I have no other choice but to write this review. My husband's company set up our relocation, to which at the time I thought to be with United Van Lines. I have worked in the moving industry before and was familiar with them, so I had no worries with this being the first time dealing personally with professional movers. We were moved by Darius, Anthony and I think Roland ( don't remember his name but he was the lead) When they arrived they were nice and courteous but I had concerns because they came in a Vault truck, which would expose my belongings to the outside elements and had no room for my larger furniture. While they were packing, I watched and started having concerns with how my items were being tossed into boxes and placed in my already prepackaged tubs, but jokingly was told that "this is what they do", basically to mean that they are the professionals and not me, so I left it alone.

At the time they were ready to load, I had to leave which left my husband to take over with overseeing the rest of the time. Before I left I did a walkthrough and reiterated to them what was going and what was staying, so I trusted that we all were on the same page. Well when I returned home my husband informed me that they told him that I said certain things weren't going from our storage closet, which was a complete lie and I noticed that they broke our entryway closet door (HOW, SERIOUSLY BAFFLES ME). I wanted to give these gentlemen the benefit of the doubt but they lied and have now cost us money due to their negligence in our home.

We had to send our stuff to their storage due to time constraints, but when it's time to be delivered out I don't want their hands touching our belongings ever again. I knew I should have stopped things from the beginning but our move Coordinator assured me that things would be okay. I'm not one to tell others to go or not go with a company, but just to share my own experiences. Proceed with caution.

I don’t know where to begin. We moved a 2200sq foot house FIVE MILES and so many belongings are lost or broken. I am an educator and we found a box of my pro gear filled with sandwich and drink trash in our garage. Our Bluetooth speakers are missing. My 6 year old’s Legos were spilled ALL OVER a moving truck and will never be able to be reassembled with all the pieces missing. Our kitchen utensils are still at large. Our entertainment center is so damaged that the front two legs no longer touch the floor. The packers mislabeled and misplaced so many things that we are at 7 days post move and just found my hsuband’s clothes. The movers were courteous and kind, but not as careful as we’d have appreciated. Our couch was never reassembled, our entertainment center arrived broken, and our dressers were all astray from being tipped and turned so many times that we have to take the backs off of them to retrieve fallen items. All in all, not a good experience. We will move ourselves the next time the Army sends us on our way.

Edit to add: we finally found my industrial heat press and all of the switches are shattered and ripped off of it. One star because zero stars isn’t an option.

HORRIBLE! We had broken stuff. Lost items. Would not recommend them. And the electronics and stuff they took apart they striped ALL the screws!!! Awful.
