looking for a dodge caravan online and found there are three there, all priced pretty good. After the weekend, only one left. called them to ask whether price is negotiable, they said no, it is fine, because the price is already good. went to have a test driving, to my surprise the van was prepared so good, not like a 2016 van with 65k mileage. I have to said the detailed work very good done. They let me test drive the van myself alone. I can't find anything wrong with the van. Now I have the van about one month, drove more than 1.5k miles, only a very small part not good, it is an used car, so acceptable. I have a very good experience with them, recommended.

Bought a Chevrolet truck about 3 and a half years ago and have had no problems! Will definitely be back when I decide to trade it in

Drove my grandson two hours from NC to I-Deal Auto Sales on the advice of a friend and it was well worth the drive! Nick was great, grandson explained what he was looking for (Chevy, low milage, good condition), There were loads of trucks to choose from Nick selected three, he test drove them all and got himself a great 2015 Red Chevy Silverado! He now tells all his friends in NC go take a drive to TN, trucks/cars are way cheaper than local dealerships.

These are great people to deal with . We bought a 97 Nissan hardbody we saw online. We were 7 hours away. The truck was everything they said it was and they made the purchase process very easy . I highly recommend this company

We found a great truck at a good price! These people we're very kind! Lana that helped us was great, she went with the flow explained everything well and was personable. She wanted what we wanted I didn't feel like she was pushing the truck on us. It was an easy experience.
The truck we purchased was for my husband and we are looking for a truck for me, Lana asked the information and said she'd keep in contact if they get something I'm looking for. So grateful we found a good small dealership that's been around for almost 20 +years! That says something! We will definitely refer people and also go back to I-deal auto!

Me and my wife recently purchased a RAM 1500 from there and we had a great experience. They gave us a very generous trade in value and a good value on the truck. I can’t remember the ladies name that dealt with us but she was very patient and really tried to get us a deal we were comfortable with and we didn’t feel rushed at all even though it was past their close. Very honest and welcoming people with my experience.

Some may want to be coddled....I liked their "no pressure" approach.

We had a great experience here. Nick and Lanna were amazing. Told Nick what we were looking for showed us the car. Handed us the keys and off we went for a test drive. Check engine light was on, they tighten a hose and it went off but told me if came back on he would fix. It did and he did fix it. Still off a month latter. Lanna was amazing with the paper work. Probably 20 minutes and we were out the door. My brother went the next week and bought 2 cars from them!!!

Lana and Nick went WELL over and above any dealership we have ever gone to. She worked several days to get us the best finance options with best payment. Never felt pressured or like they were being put out. Will definitely be going back for our next vehicle!
