Dr. Vandiver is a wonderful and experienced local family dentist. He keeps his prices low and still accepts Sooner Care, even though most other dentists have dropped it. He’s honest and doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need or exaggerate your treatment plan like corporate dental offices do. We’ve been seeing him for years and really like him.

I went in Wednesday for another removal. All three times I was treated with respect, I was asked if I needed a break, and I was thanked for being so patient because some of my teeth were very difficult to remove. My brother recommend that I go here, and I'd recommend Happy Tooth to anyone that needs a dentist.

Dr Vandiver is an excellent dentist. He cares about his patients and is not out to take peoples money or charge for unnecessary treatments.

I had a very good experience with the dentist and staff. They all were very nice. He was very gentle and caring.

Wonderful visit

front desk and dental staff was great the dentist didn't explain things well, and said my daughter had 8 cavities. she has a family dentist who says she doesn't have any cavities we needed this referral to get braces he would not give it to us with out getting 8 cavities filled. NO thank you !

I’ve never had an issue with the actual dentist, but the girls at the front desk aren’t very kind. Unfortunately, that’s enough for me to look for a new dentist office. The dentist office is already an uncomfortable setting without adding nasty attitudes from the front desk.

The staff is not friendly.

Never in my life have i taken my children to a dentist that not only hurt one of them but both one to the point of crying and then to be told to taket hem somewhere else . U bet i will ill also be calling my insurance to make sure they dont pay u . Most kids hate the dentist and you people are the reason why.dont take your kids or teenagers to this place.

-Previously had a dentist procedure gone wrong at another clinic(ended up month in hospital almost died) so to say I have PTSD is a understatement with the dentist. So moved to Claremore and worked up courage to make a appointment. The First appt visit I had a female dds she didn't seem to care about my previous bad experience, blew it off and such a cold manner , her beside attitude seemed cold, short and kinda rude. While examining her touch felt a bit aggressive and didn't let up despite winces. Was told I have periodontal gum disease with not much explanation. She said that I needed a deep cleaning so I scheduled. Come appt day, I call to say my anxiety is thru the roof and I need to see my doc before I can come in ..the receptionist was not very understanding and immediately started with a different tone saying well are you even going to come if we reschedule.. hope your stuff isn't expired when the appointment comes cause now I have an hour not scheduled for our dds. - I am at a loss . . . I need/ed dental help, not made to feel worse. I feel so discourage because of this.

I went here to get 1 Cavity filled since my primary dentist doesn't take my insurance on cavity fillings. Not only did i have to come in for 3 separate appointment when it could have been fixed in 1, they drilled into 2 of my perfectly healthy teeth and didn't even fill the correct side of my only real cavity. I feel like its also worth mentioning during the fillings of one of my perfectly fine teeth, the dentist injected the numbing agent incorrectly and when the assistant pointed out that the entire left side of my jaw and chin had turned red and it hurt so bad i teared up and they had to stop working on it for a moment.
