Extremely professional, seem very knowledgeable and solved a breaker issue in less than an hour. The price rate for my issue was extremely fair and all individuals were very polite and courteous. Thos was my first experience using them for home electrical issues and I will call them again if or when I require their service.

Our 24 year old A/C unit died and had to be replaced just when we were having family due in for a funeral service. We contacted Jack at Dense Mechanical. The next day he had a firm cost for replacement. Tom was out to assess our A/C needs. Within 48 hours we had a crew at our house to replace the A/C and the heater furnace. They also replaced all wiring and other required equipment. All this within two days and in time for family to arrive. We were so impressed with their service and professionalism. We will be recommending them to friends and family.

Dense has saved us from some unfortunate plumbing and a/c issues over the past few months. They’ve been at our home while I have been there taking care of a newborn and took extra effort to be as quiet as they could knowing I had a new baby. We trust them and their expertise all the way around!

We've used Dense Mechanical 2 or 3 times in the past year for various jobs. They are always professional and competent. They do a great job at the price they quote. Tom has been great and even helped me work through a DIY project in my garage. Very happy with their service!

So to start out my 85 year old father called another AC company in town to get his AC serviced and install a new part. When it came time for them to come out it was almost 90 degrees outside and they didn’t show up. The next day he called and they told him they would be out that day. Another 90 degree day they didn’t show again. I went over to his house and called David Lawrence (the owner of the company) and he said let me see what I can do. Keep in mind this is 5:30 on a Friday. I got a call back in less than a minute and they said they would be there at 7 that night. When 6:30 rolled around I got a call from the technician and he said I’ll be there in 5 minutes. When he showed up he was very professional and very nice to my father who wanted to talk his ear off because he was a retired plumber. The technician was there for about an hour and installed the new part and put in 3 pounds of Freon. Needless to say when it comes time again for my father or my family to need any work done Dense Mechanical is going to be the first and only company we call. Thank you David and thank you to the technician who came out and did a wonderful job!

In the past year I have used Dense three times. Once for a collapsed water line in my front yard, once for a pin hole leak in a water line in my wall, and once to fix my gas fireplace. Every time the job was fixed promptly and the techs were helpful and demonstrative. Will use again without a doubt.

My heater went out at night and I called the next morning and it was within an hour that they were knocking on my door. Customer service was very polite and attentive. The technicians (Dusty and Luke) that did the work were informative and helpful. Everything was done in a timely manner, very appreciative of how quick everything was fixed! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family! Was my mother who told me about this company after they replaced her water tank and did a great job.

We couldn’t thank Dense enough for fixing our heater! We had them out & they fixed in 3-4 hours what another company couldn’t in 2 weeks! They were kind, informative & professional. They are just overall good people & strive to do right by the consumer.

Dense Mechanical is excellent to work with. Tom Rhyne is fantastic to deal with for scheduling and on site quotes. He was very happy to work around our schedule and get the equipment we wanted. He made absolutely sure we had all the information we needed. He wasn't pushy with trying to "upsell" us to a more expensive unit we didn't need. He sent plenty of video and photo information on the equipment and gave us access to manuals and specs to make sure we got the best value for our money. Making a purchase of this size was very stressful. Tom made this as easy as it could be and gave us the piece of mind and security to feel at ease. That's just something you don't see anymore.

The installation team of Steven and Brayden were outstanding as well. They were happy to help explain what was going on and they were very timely. They showed up when they said they would and didn't leave the house a mess when they left. They worked extremely well with our General Contractor, which was greatly appreciated. They explained the system very thoroughly and even took the time to walk us through the manual. Superior service hands down. They worked exceptionally long days (12 hours +) to ensure the job was completed before the stated time.

Dense Mechanical was far and away the top choice for this job. They are a well known, local company. They gave us an excellent value for our money. We certainly received the job and equipment we paid for and I'm very happy with the entire experience.

Tony and his partner did an excellent job. Very professional. They came out the same day I called and got me going again after several others in town failed to step up to the plate. You guys rock!

Coming back to this review to add that I've used them several more times since this first review was written and they have been nothing but excellent each and every time with fast friendly service, and the knowledge to get it done. You have a permanent customer in me and I will most definitely recommend you to everyone I can.

After contacting Dense to quote a new central AC unit for our home, Jack made the time to stop by the same day we called and provided an estimate and a possible installation date the same day. The installation date was quicker then anyone else and the price was extremely reasonable for the AC unit and service provided. First appointment was on a Monday and the installation was completed on Friday, a week and a half quicker than other places. Jack, Draven and Chase arrived on time, they were friendly and very professional, even remembered to close the horse gate when they left. After a week in a house with no AC in July in Oklahoma, I could not be more thankful and appreciative of the quick response and helpfulness of the Dense team here in Enid! I was a new customer for Dense Comfort Solutions for the AC installation, and after this experience I'll never call anywhere else! Thank you so much for everything!!

Had a water pipe spring a good leak inside our house the evening before leaving on vacation. I called my usual (and now former plumber) however I got no answer or call back. Called Dense and within 15 minutes there was a gentleman at my house ready to fix our leak. Great service and very professional. Excellent price for being after normal business hours. Wonderful group of people! They serviced our 41 year old HVAC system for over 5 years. When it was time to replace her, we knew who to call!
