Holy cow, talk about value for money! 14.99 for pot roast with a giant corn bread muffin, salad, and 2 sides. You truly can't beat that. Food is tasty and portions are generous. Everyone I encountered working there or coming in for a meal was polite and friendly. The decor inside was all bear-themed and adorable. From good food to good people, I recommend Black Bear Diner. 🐻

Very thoroughly ran establishment. The expo as busy as he was still was very sociable with the guest at the counter top. Every server stopped to say hi and how I was today. The guest that set next to was just as sociable. I will definitely come back for the atmosphere. The food was fairly quick coming out for this place was extremely busy. The food was pretty good. Frank and Brady were the managers on duty and went out of their way to make sure every guest felt welcomed. Kris my server today was awesome she was trying to get me to smile and laugh at every trip to check on me.

We were down from texas visiting family & decided to try this diner. We left confused why there weren’t as many customers since we all had nothing but good things to say about this diner. Everyone cleaned their plates & ordered dessert. The coconut cream pie was delicious. I would definitely recommend this diner.

The waiter was friendly and efficient. I like that they bring the kids food first so that they can have more time to eat. Great breakfast food!

I was staying at the Holiday Inn nearby, and two of the employees recommended Black Bear. I went and gave it a try and was blown away. Everything was so flavorful. I was expecting to need steak sauce with the steak, but it was seasoned so well, I didn't need to! The eggs were made perfect for me (I eat them scrambled well done, because I'm weird and don't like gooey eggs). And oh my gosh the pancake. It was so sweet and rich and delicious; they also came highly recommended and no regrets.

The server was very helpful, and gave me recommendations. She recommended the pancake and the potatoes, and I'm glad I asked.

TL;DR Excellent location, excellent food, and excellent service.

Yesterday was the 1st time I heard of this diner, so my son and I ate there today. I really liked everything thing about it. The cheeseburger 🍔 was really good; it was just the right size of meat; not too big or small. The inside had a great atmosphere and our waitress was really awesome!! As we were checking out, I told the cashier that I've never heard of or seen it before. Then he gave me a pie or cake of my choice so I accepted a chocolate cream pie. I'm looking forward to eating it!! Great value for the price, too!! Thank you for the pie!!

Saw the bears, read some reviews, had to stop. Warm welcome in.. staff super friendly. Great decor & Lively atmosphere. BEST Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Pancakes Ever!!! 🧡 Mouth Watering Goodness! Must make these a staple, all year round. 🙏🏼 The Fit & Focused Chicken Sausage Scramble was perfectly done & a Healthy balance to my pancake. 😋 Big Foot Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs w Biscuits & gravy, was a Show Stopper! The BEST! Tasty & Scumptous! WOW! Lots of Food!

I have been here twice, in the afternoon. Each time I have had breakfast. The plate is always enough to take home some. It's neat that they make homemade desserts and bear claws. Don't forget to sign-up for the rewards club to get a free meal for sign up, and your birthday. The price is around $15 a plate. The waiters have been splendid. It's been slow during my visits. Both visits they have offered to make me to-go drinks. The location is right off the highway. It can be tricky to get into the parking lot
My GPS was able to figure it out. They don't mind me hanging out drinking coffee after my meal. I bet this would be a nice place to study your school work during non-rush hours.

Breakfast here is amazing. Huge helpings. Had the California omelet. It had avocado, mushrooms, and cheese! Got the incredible pancakes and some fresh fruit to go with it. The orange juice is freshly squeezed. Food is a little pricey for breakfast, but it was excellent.

Overall, very nice restaurant to dine in with families. And no need to worry if you do not eat meat. There are many ways to make it a vegetarian meal. You just have to be creative.

They managed that place beautifully, the wait was very quick and reasonable for not having a parking place available outside. The waitress was very well informed and well trained. The food was absolutely amazing. It felt like someone cooked it with love from home, not just a bunch of bulk items thrown together. It was a great experience.

This was the second time I have been here with my family. Both times the Food, Service and Atmosphere was Great. Good portions of food ( the biscuits are huge) and also tastes Good. I really like the rustic look and enjoyed the menu with a lot of information about other locations. Great place.

The breakfast is the best around... Friendly staff, our waitress Lorie was supersweet, and as kind as you can be, she was on point with everything!! and me and my family will be coming coming here at lease twice a week, but only on the days that Lorie is our server... She completely won us over... Thank you Black Bear for Lorie and the service she provided!! Great place!!

It was my first time eating at any Black Bear Diner! I was told by several people, including the front desk agent at The Hampton Inn, to go here for sure!

The advice was solid! The food was delicious! It was quiet and there were plenty of seats. I'm sure it gets very busy on weekends but on this Thursday evening, it was fairly slow.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Trey! She is a phenomenal server and her personality is, in my opinion, the very best part of this place! She was running around taking care of everyone. I'm sure she could use some help but I have zero doubt that this girl has a cape hidden below the uniform. She was outstanding! A little patience and understanding might be required because she is only one person but she was still knocking it out of the park! I never felt forgotten or unimportant. She took great care of me! All of her recommendations were perfect. Very well done, Trey!

If you're in the area, stop by. Keep in mind that it's not fast food. Read the heroes stories on the paper/menu. Just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The food and service are worth the wait!

We were a group enjoying a birthday today, and thanks to Frank the manager, it was an overall wonderful experience. THANK YOU FRANK! The food was tasty and the wait staff friendly. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family atmosphere and an exceptional menu selection (they even serve breakfast all day), strongly suggest Black Bear Diner!!

I have never been to your diner before and this experience I will never forget. Our son ordered the steak and eggs breakfast. He ordered the steak well done and Frank asked him to cut the steak to make sure it was cooked correct. He was trying to cut the steak and was having issues, it was taking him a while to even get the first cut in. I was going to help him cut it and Frank said it was ok he would wait while my son tried to get it. Most people would not even take the time to wait and they would usually get irritated because it takes my son a little longer to get something done. Frank took the steak back because it was a still a little pink. When Frank brought it back it was already cut into pieces for my son. I thanked him and he said your welcome and simply smiled.

All I could do was cry. For most cutting a steak is really not that difficult but 5 years ago our son had an allergic reaction and went without oxygen and he now has brain damage because of it. He has had to relearn his entire life. It touched my heart so that this man saw my son and went the extra mile to make him feel like a human being and not something less than. It meant so much to me, I just wanted to let your company know. I filled out the online survey but there was not a place to leave comments.

My husband and I have eaten at the Midwest City location many times. Every time and without fail has been a great experience which we have enjoyed so much. It’s breakfast we go for. The portions are very generous, the food really delicious, and the service exceptional! I like my hash browns extra crispy- this is the only place that gets it right. The waitstaff and manager are very attentive, friendly, cheerful, and accommodating. Absolutely we recommend this place.

WOW!!! Not only were the biscuits MASSIVE, but delicious too!! Waffle was excellent.
