Best Western Plus Executive Residency Oklahoma City I-35

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff, particularly Linda at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Linda went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and even provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing sanctuary after a long day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. Overall, my experience at Best Western Plus was excellent, and Linda's exceptional customer service made it even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Awesome hotel! Very clean, great workout room, and amazing customer service!

Mimi was the BEST!!! She was extremely helpful, caring, and such a joy! She brought a smile to everyone’s faces! A power surge came through during our stay and everything went haywire in the lobby for a while, but Mimi maintained her positive, happy attitude when during the stressful time. LOVED her!!!

Becky is amazing and a great manager, she is a leader and problem solver, she has really helped our family. Mimi and Renee have been so accommodating and professional,they will go far in the hotel business! The property is immaculate and in a great location, the breakfast is very good and fresh, rooms are clean and up to date and comfortable, we will be back for our hotel needs next time!

This hotel had beautiful aesthetics, superb customer and great rooms & amenities. The rain shower head had me in heaven and the fact that the hotel offered a 24 hour coffee/tea bar - I needs my fix : )! Not to mention all of the flavored creamers and assortment of teas - WINNER!! Next time I visit I will be booking here - hands down - no where else!!

Great staff, delicious breakfast which goes late for those sleeping in. Nice rooms with lots of space and a nice little kitchen,
Only complaint I have is the water in the shower could use a little more pressure.

Reservation made thru the OKC VA Hopel Services for veterans coming to Hospital for procedures. BW associate was friendly in greeting and welcome. The paperwork was processed and explained for VA contract. The only drawback in this visit was that the hotel was experiencing plumbing issues, which was resolved to little interference to hotel visitors. The only reason I say this is I was in the middle of showering for an early procedure at VA hospital when the water was turned off for a period of about an hour and a half. Would appreciate a heads up from staff member that water service would be off from this time to this time rather than be soapy for several hours waiting restoration of water service.

I would ignore any bad reviews! We stayed here and it is very clean and pleasant staff is friendly we had a problem figuring out the tv and they fixed the problem immediately break fast was very good has hot food and cold coffee and all kinds of tea also got our 50.00 back when check out no problems at all will definitely stay here next time we come too Oklahoma City highly recommended

Lovely room, nice view from the fourth floor. Was centrally located for all the places we needed to go. Wonderful breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Extremely new and nice hotel located right off I 35. Very large rooms and nice check in process and lobby. We arrived after a 14 hour drive and it was a perfect place to rest. Very upscale and plush. Highly recommend!

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were all wonderful, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the atmosphere was just all around great. Definietly worth it for our anniversary♥

The room I stayed in of the 100's i have stayed in was one of the nices, as well as all 3 of the front desk people I had need assistance from were very kind and helpful (highly recommended)

Tight truck parking available. Be careful while pulling in and out. Very clean rooms. Great customer service. Wi-Fi speeds are fast. Comfy beds.

We have been in the road for a week and this was by far the nicest hotel we stayed in. The woman working the desk at night was super nice and made check in painless. The rooms are a great size and the shower is 👌 awesome.

We stayed 2 nights. Check in was fast and easy. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The room was very clean and I always do a walk through and check the beds before unpacking my stuff. We took advantage of the free breakfast, it was good and had more selections than the average hotel breakfasts. They have Tesla charging stations if you own a Tesla. We do not, but thought worth mentioning. The only issue we had was the second night our tv would not connect to cable but we were so tired it didn’t matter to us so we did not attempt to complain to get it fixed. The price was good. We were very happy. Would recommend and stay again!

If you are near this area, STAY HERE!!! Easy access on/off I35...amazing lobby for hanging out....rooms are super mega clean and reasonably priced..extremely friendly and helpful staff, 24 hr complementary delicious coffee, teas, and refreshing lemon water...pool is on the smaller side and is extremely clear...fitness room is awesome...breakfast was unbelievably yummy...beds have these tiny square pillows that are mega comfy

I've stayed here three times now. Still feels brand new, and it's clean.

It's a great place to check into in a pinch, and the staff are very kind and helpful. I needed milk for our toddler at 2:30 a.m., and the staff went into the kitchen to help me. I'll stay there the next time we pass through, for sure.

Our softball team has stayed here a couple of times. The rooms and the facility overall is nice and clean! The girls love the big breakfast! Becky, one of the managers, as well as all of the staff have always been very hospitable to all of us. We will definitely stay there again!

I have stayed at the hotel for about a month and a half. I can say that the manager Becky and Tamra has made my stay very enjoyable. They have went above and beyond to ensure that my room is booked and all other hotel related matters I had they took care of them. I can always count on seeing friendly face when I come through the doors. The hotel housekeeping staff is awesome as well. I highly recommend this hotel if you will be staying 1 or more nights in OKC.

Very very nice hotel for the price. NEW! Quiet, modern, breakfast was prepared well...bacon perfectly done, cheese omelets, assortment of teas in addition to coffee. My biggest suggestions for the manager is to get the lobby bathroom operable. When guests arrive after driving on the road for hours, the lobby bathroom should be available to use immediately. Also 3 bath towels not 2 should be in the default in the room upon arrival for 2 people staying in the room. I had to go downstairs to get an additional one during off hours of cleaning staff.
However, I would stay there again.
