Friendly employees and great customer service

I love Dollar General, and I could be a dollar store review pro, since I have been to all most all the locations available in the Oklahoma city area. They hire great employees at all of them. Never had a problem. Fast, friendly and made me glad to shop there.

Great for quick shopping trips and the prices are usually unbeatable but the selection suffers for to the size. Their stuff is always well trained and well mannered. Back in the day we lived by a code, that the customer is always right. It appears this still holds true at Dollar general. Be I sure wish I could say that about more retail establishments but that's not the case anymore.

Store was about to close and even though I was comparing the product I was going to buy they didn't rush me along or get attitude because I was a last minute customer holding them up from getting off work. The store had good prices without all those coupons or apps and I must add, it was clean. It was raining so typically dirty shoe prints everywhere but not at this store.

Okay I'm about to contradict myself. One of the cashier's here was very nice and very helpful, i think she was middle aged and had blond hair. However there is a younger girl with long brown hair that was very rude to this young man in front of me. He was trying to buy a water and ran his food stamp card, it declined so he apologized and left. She made a comment after he left the store, and made a disgusted face and said, I knew he didn't have any money. I was so disgusted with her because it was a homeless man that just wanted water. Other than that, the stores clean and the shelves are nice and stocked.

I love this store inperticular. I've lived down the road a few years now and the current employees have been by far my favorite. They truly try to keep the store Clean and always help when someone is in need. Great store great staff.

They are short handed I will say that but the staff has always been cheerful and nice conversational they are great. Nothing wrong with this store I go here almost every other day depending on the week sometimes daily. Heather and Summer are both awesome

Much better location, clean both inside and out, customer service was nice and polite. So many items to choose from without having to step into a walmart with long lines and long wait times to check out.

That's the cleanest dollar store I ever saw, them ladies be working hard, they never have merchandise crowding the aisles, everything is always organized , even the clothes area. Great job ladies, we appreciate you all.

Very good worker here they don't rush you out the store very informational quick check out seem a lil busy in the evening when truck's come in so beware it can be a lil tight squeeze in certain part of the store do to stocking other than that keep up the good work guys

This is been another Dollar general that I have enjoyed shopping there. The employees are super nice and helpful and they make it where you want to come back. Love the Dollar stores!!!

Called 1st, asked about an item, they said they had it, I asked that 2 of them to be at the register for pick up when I got there, and it was done with no hesitation from the employees to do me a quick personal favor 😃, fast in and out.

Very friendly and clean and they all ways have what I need!

I had a problem with my card, and the cashier was very sweet. She held my items while I left to sort out the issue, and checked me out quickly when I got back!

Dollar general is one of those places where you think of going all the time easy to buy things and feel good about going there. The people help you find what you need.

The people are great and they love to talk to you if you need to talk and they always smile especially Mrs. Amanda the manager is awesome

There is a dollar general closer to my house, but customer service, and how much cleaner this location makes the couple extra minute drive worth it.
